Beautiful condo. Met and exceeded our needs. Close to everything but also quiet and peaceful. Great hike nearby, and close to golf, the river, lakes, and restaurants (we stayed in June, but Beaver Creek was just down the road). Will definitely stay here again!

Great Family Escape!

We had a fantastic time in Eagle-Vail with our family. The accommodations were perfect and had everything we needed and more. The clubhouse nearby and the pond / playground provided for entertainment on the days we stayed close to “home.” And the location was perfect for getting out and exploring other parts of Colorado. Communication with the hosts was prompt and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect Property to jump on the slopes- only 10min away from Beaver Creek and Vail! Easy access to restaurants and shopping in Avon and Edwards too. Love this area. Updated and Clean Bathrooms and comfortable beds! Highly Recommend. There were only 3 of us, so we had a lot of room, but you can easily fit 6 people with plenty of space.

Very nice unit in convenient location . Very clean with essentials provided. Landscaping is poor!

We arrived after dark and could not have found the unit without neighbors’ help. The code worked only after 10+ tries . Vacasa did not respond with assistance . Code never worked really! Condo is very nice but landscaping is very, very poor to nonexistent. We enjoyed our stay but can find a better location next time.

Fake Marketing, Overpriced, needs deep cleaning

1. Property is smaller and older than shown in pictures. Living room faces busy road, weeds around property, no landscaping , looks rundown, old, not maintained. 2. Property needs caulking, pest control around windows, under beds, around windows. There were moths. Flies, spiders crawling in corners and windows inside rooms, bathrooms, rooms 3. No ceiling fans and lights in rooms. No ceiling fan in living room to cool in 93 degrees 4. Too heavy furniture, too much for space 5. Checkin process did not detail parking pass, code change daily, key in box with code if locked out, more than 20 mins response time when locked out

Ski Holiday Christmas Break

The home was clean and had all the amenities you could need. Lots of dishes and cooking pans to make easy meals. The furniture was comfortable for family gatherings before and after skiing. We are a family of five - with three adult male children - and the size of the home served us well. Easy access to either the Elk Lot (5 min) or skier drop off at Beaver Creek (10 min). Sidewalks were shoveled and we never heard a sound from neighboring homes. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Team was responsive to issue with fridge cooling. Appreciated that! Location was nice, especially convenient to the community pool. We were able to walk to the fields where they held our lacrosse tournament.

Beautiful townhome! We skied Vail and Beaver Creek and this was located perfectly between the two. It had a very nice layout and my kids found it very spacious. It was also very clean and quiet which is important to us!

Quiet and comfortable 10 min from Vail

We stayed in this townhouse for 3 weeks. Inside it's well-maintained, updated and very comfortable. Parking is convenient and close. Out the floor-to-ceiling windows are great views of the valley and golf course/walking path/xc ski path. Everyone we met on the golf course/walking path was super friendly, and their dogs all said hello too. Neighboring buildings block all the noise from the interstate. Most importantly, we were just 10-15 min from Vail's Lionshead-area ski lifts. Also easy, quick drive to Beaver Creek, Avon's stores/restaurants, and Edwards.

Thanksgiving

We really liked this property…the kitchen was perfect for hosting a thanksgiving dinner with our sons who live in Eagle Vail. Bed was very comfy. The location was great and for us will be even better in the summer due to the proximity of the golf courses and driving range. Our only disappointment is the fireplace is not a working one…so if you are someone who craves a fire on a cold day, not to be had here. I think the description could have been clearer on that point. That being said we would come back because everything else was so great.

Mixed emotions, morale hazard. Do I tell you it was horrible, so you don't rent it when I want to rent it again, because we will definitely be back. Great all around, windows on three sides, so less noise from next door. Ground floor. Easy access to everything. Well appointed and decorated. Tons of silverware, plateware, knives, pots/pans. Even had a crock pot we used one day while out on the hill. Bed was comfortable. First review I've ever written where I don't have at least one suggestion to improve. Highly recommend, just don't book next time I want to come back!

New Year Ski Trip

Everything about the property was great. Living/kitchen/dining area gave extra room for all to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed including extra spices and condiments. The powder bath downstairs was also a bonus. Be sure and put note on car (no parking passes provided) condo very serious about authorized parking. Great family condo!
