2 Master Suites & Great Location

Welcome!!
Enjoy the warmth and comfort of our beautifully decorated and newly remodeled two bedroom and three bath, 1550 square foot condo. This is the perfect place for your ski or golf vacation.

On the main level is an open floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining room all interacting with each other. A majestic rock gas fireplace is the centerpiece of the living room with a sectional sleeper sofa to add more sleeping space. A flat screen makes this room especially entertaining. A full bathroom is located on this level.

One of the master bedrooms is located upstairs with a king bed and private bathroom.

Downstairs is a 400 square foot master bedroom with two full beds and a private bathroom. This room has ambiance with its romantic rock gas fireplace. Enjoy quiet time with a movie on the flat screen TV.

For your convenience, we also provide a washer/dryer.

We supply all the bed linens, towels and kitchen equipment. The bathrooms are all supplied with shampoo/conditioner, hair dryers, lotion, etc.

Short Ski Getaway

This townhouse was perfect for skiing Vail or Beaver creek! It is perfectly located 10-15 minutes away from both and is in a nice quiet area! 100% will book again when we come back to ski!

Great location for skiing

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were there the week before Christmas to do lots of skiing. The location was perfect for skiing both Beaver Creek and Vail. Teresa was very helpful and attentive. We would definitely stay there again!

Kids first time to Colorado

Great location. Great space

This VRBO was in the perfect location for our trip. It was clean and we were able to get early check In which was amazing! The 2 bedrooms and 3 baths is a wonderful option when staying with friends. The deck was small but nice. The kitchen was well equipped. I would stay there again.

Graduation trip

3 grandparents enjoyed our one week trip to Vail to attend our grandson 's graduation. The condo was perfect as we had two very separate bedroom spaces. Kitchen was beautifully stocked....linens/ bedding was great...all in all a very nice place.

Condo was exactly as we expected. Great location, lots of space, lots of supplies you might need while staying. we spent time in Beaver Creek and Vail and the condo was perfectly located between them. Theresa was very quick to respond and help with any questions.

The property was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for the 5 of us. We came out to visit my brother who works at Vail. It was a great location to ski both Vail and Beaver Creek. Teresa was super responsive to texts as well. Comfortable beds, kitchen had everything you would need, and very convenient location!

Comfortable, clean and great location.

I recently stayed with my wife and daughter for a week of skiing at Vail and Beaver Creek and this property was perfect. Location was a 5-8 minute drive to Beaver Creek and 15 minutes to Vail. Property was spacious, very clean and Teresa communicated with me the entire time to make sure all was well. The condo was fully stocked and other than food, it contained everything you could need to make meals, do laundry etc. I would definitely rent this property again.

great stay

3levels great small balcony surrounded with Aspen trees and hummingbirds. Walking trails at the top of the mountain. The only problem was the people in unit 1 next to us. They have 2 large dogs unleashed on 2 occasions they charged and growled and barked at me in the parking lot.

We will stay here again…

Our family of four, including two teenagers, stayed at this townhome over a long holiday weekend. This unit has plenty of space, is tidy, well appointed, and centrally located. We skied Beaver Creek and Vail twice- it’s a quick drive to both. We also quickly ran into Avon for groceries and to pick up carry out food. This was perfect for a ski trip but I think It would be equally nice in the summer because it has open space and beautiful aspens all around. I have Bookmarked this property and we will be back!

*Spectacular*

What’s not to like about this place! It’s *spectacular* For us, the location was ideal, easy to get to, close to grocery stores, all-things-Vail, and in a very quiet neighborhood. The house was furnished exceptionally. They even stocked the closets with blankets & extra pillows with a variety of firmness’s so you’re sure to get a comfy pillow to your liking. Teresa was amazing to communicate with & responded to our messages within a few minutes. We’ve already told her we were coming back!! And we will. You won’t regret staying here!!!
