A house with all the comforts that your family and your pets need, strategically located to visit the beautiful beaches of the Mayan Riviera and beautiful archeological sites of the Mayan civilization.
We are 15 minutes (Cancun airport), 17 minutes (Cancun) or Playa del Carmen, 1 hour (Tulum) 2 hours (Valladolid) & 3 hours (Chichenitza).
The House has all the services, it is a family place, surrounded by nature, where the cenotes route is close, a delicious gastronomy, if you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy your vacation this is your option.
House with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, WiFi, 24 hour security, pool in common area, chairs, large garden, protections, TV's, security cameras in entrances and corridors.
It offers the option of the house aside with all services and comfortably accommodates 8 people. So you can rent both houses, and can accommodate up to 20 people.
The beach is 7 minutes from the house and in the surroundings you will have shopping centers, food area.
The house offers 4 rooms for 9 guests, it is in a private area 15 minutes from the airport by car, the pool is next to the house with beautiful vegetation. You can arrive by car or ADO bus from the Cancun airport. There are several shops, supermarkets, ATM, restaurants, beaches and cenotes very close, the house includes all basic services, equipped kitchen, hot water, air conditioning, TVS, and internet and Wi-Fi.

Trash disposal Please take all trash and food waste to the designated trash room located at the entrance of the residential community, near the security/police area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Puerto Morelos and Casa Calaveritas are not party destinations. Looking for the opportunity to let loose? Try Playa del Carmen or Cancun.
Pool Rules: • The pool schedule from Monday to Thursday are from 7am to 10pm, the weekend is from 8am to 11pm
• Please shower before swimming • No glass in the pool area • Use headphones for your music • Supervise children under 10 age

The area is nice and secure the neighborhood is well maintenance good friendly people all around and the host was very polite he texted us back quickly if had an issues or question I will definitely stay here again I highly recommend.

Family Christmas Week

The condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. It was very close to the pool, which was nice. Security guards at gate were friendly and helpful. Host needs to be better about communicating. There were no instructions about where to take garbage, WiFi, and code for lockbox was not sent til we were already arrived and waiting.

This is a cute condo right next to the community pool. There is tight security. Close to a grocery store and the beach is not far. They had extra filtered water there, which was great. No microwave, but a toaster oven worked. Bring your own laundry detergent and paper towels. The beds were comfortable enough, and it was easy to communicate with the owners. We even locked ourselves out the first day and they brought the key back immediately. Very clean. We loved staying here!

Very Enjoyable Stay

The condo is very neat, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, cups, and pots and pans. If you enjoy cooking there is no measuring cups and measuring spoons. There are no bedding changes but the washing machine works well and there is an outdoor clothesline. The air conditioning works well. The pool area near the condo is very nice with pool chairs and a sitting area with tables and chairs. However, the chairs are often all taken and often for the day. But the pool is clean and refreshing and we spent many afternoons there. The back yard is not what the pictures make it out to be. The furniture is in poor condition, the cushions were stained and there were two plastic tables with no chairs. On the plus side, the backyard is very quiet and relaxing. Puerto Morelos is divided by Hwy. 307, with the tourist area and main town on the East Side(Port Side) and the condo on the West Side (Colonial Side) It is approximately a 1 hour walk to the beach. A car makes it easy to get to Port Side, however there is public transportation that runs pass the condo and takes you Port Side costing 10 pesos. The Colonial side is a quaint Mexican village with plenty of butcher shops, fruit and vegetable shops, barbers, pharmacies and a variety of other typical stores in a small town. There are unlimited restaurants severing a wide variety of meals, all within an easy walking distance of the condo.

Great family spot

Great place to stay with larger family. Really roomy and clean. Could have had more towels and sharpener for the knifes due to all the cooking we did. Lots of showers and when it was hot the A/C worked very well. We will stay again when we return to this area of Mexico. Thank you Cecilia

Cameras in home/ home broke into while gone

Per the regulations of verbo cameras are not permitted in the actual vrbo. There are cameras in the home. During our stay we noticed a beautiful artwork in the locked in the glass cabinet. When we returned from our trip we noticed someone had gone through all of our belongings. Everything…. I had contacted the owner and she called two nights later. By that time I grabbed my family and got a new Vrbo. Thankfully I could afford to to so my other friends could not and had to say. They where scared the rest of the trip. They noticed that the pretty mother Mary figure was gone after we where broken into. Will I come back to this part of Mexico? Yes, but I won’t come to this place ever again. I probably won’t ever use Vrbo again. Because it’s a nightmare…….
