Propiedad frente al mar completamente y cómodamente amueblada, al ingresar disfruta de la piscina infinita y la vista al mar.

- Para su conveniencia, hay dos dormitorios, el dormitorio principal tiene vista al mar desde una ventana grande, cama king y baño privado, el segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales y un segundo baño privado..
- A / C y ventiladores de techo en todo.
- Cocina totalmente equipada, comedor, sala de estar con TV vía satélite, cine en casa -DVD, reproductor de CD.

- Salón junto a la piscina con sillas para disfrutar de la lectura o simplemente tomar el sol, acceso directo a la playa de arena blanca. Cuando se encuentra en la playa donde se encuentra nuestra propiedad, puede ver o no a otra persona, en realidad es solo para relajarse y disfrutar de la naturaleza, la arena blanca y la serenidad del Caribe los 7 días de la semana, también el segundo arrecife más grande de el mundo está justo enfrente para ver y explorar hermosos peces coloridos, tortugas, corales y mucho más que puedes ver en este arrecife. Y cuando llegue la noche, ¡no te pierdas el cielo lleno de estrellas!

Y siempre para su seguridad y excelentes vacaciones, nosotros (los propietarios) vivimos muy cerca de la Propiedad, de modo que cualquier pregunta o solicitud que pueda tener durante su estadía, estaremos encantados de ayudarlo en cualquier momento que necesite.
Siempre intentaremos por todos los medios que se sienta como en su propia casa, con todos los artículos que necesita para disfrutar y relajarse en unas vacaciones inolvidables en Puerto Morelos.

Sobre Puerto Morelos:
Aunque está cerca de Playa del Carmen y Cancún, es muy diferente. Puerto Morelos, el pequeño pueblo entre Cancún y Playa del Carmen, es un tranquilo pueblo de pescadores con gente interesante, pequeños restaurantes y una pequeña tienda de comestibles. Nadie está tratando de trenzarte el cabello o venderte nada, sin embargo, hay excelentes lugares para comprar.

Playa del Carmen está a 20 minutos en coche y está llena de acción. Además, hay un ferry desde Playa del Carmen a Cozumel que sale cada hora.

Cancún está a unos 25 minutos si quieres ir de fiesta, explorar o comprar.

Pero siempre es agradable volver a Puerto Morelos, el lugar para disfrutar, relajarse y sentir la serenidad ...

Lovely Vacation Home

Beautiful pool and right on the ocean. Very relaxing, about a mile away from the heart of town. We rented a moped and it was easy to get around from rental to town.

Clean, quiet beachfront condo

This property was very nice for a quiet, mellow girls or family beach trip. Very clean beachfront condo with pool walkable or short taxi ride to town. Excellent communication from the owner who supplied basics in the fridge, met us upon arrival, and even gave us a ride to the town square

We had a very enjoyable stay at the condo. Pool is lovely and condo well appointed. Seaweed made beach challenging to swim but great for long walks.

Prefect home away from home

The location is perfect, right on the beach . 15 to 20 minute walk to Puerto Morelos. You can walk forever on the beach. The beaches have significant sea weed however Jose does his best to keep the condo beach front clear but then again the sea weed is a Mother Nature issue

Beautiful condo

The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s right on the water. Lots of lovely amenities. Elena is super helpful and communicative. The location is not a far walk from town but it wasn’t comfortable in the heat with kids so we just used taxis. We would definitely stay again!

Peaceful beachside get away!

This is such a beautiful and well maintained property. The condo was very clean and had nice touches to make our vacation even more enjoyable! Maria is a responsive host and responded within minutes to any request or questions we had. The pool level condo was so nice for our family- which included our teenage daughter. She enjoyed the easy access to the pool and plenty of relaxation time!

Great Location, Great Condo, Great Host

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Elena was a wonderful host. She was flexible, kind, and a joy to work with. The location was right on the beach, but elevated to provide privacy. Sitting on our patio looking over the pool in the mornings and evenings watching the ocean was great. The walk into Puerto Morales by the beach is about 20-30 minutes long. We did that daily and then took a taxi back. I would highly recommend the property.

Caribbean Paradise

SRA Elena was very accomidating and has a wonderful condo in Mayan paradise. The beach was wonderful and Jose keeps the grounds, pool, and beach clean. Everything was top notch and was a real treat for a first class getaway. The kids loved the pool and slept well in the airconditioning. Thank you for having us! terrific beachfront property

This is a lovely, nicely equipped, ground level condo kept very clean; and the owner is exceedingly helpful. The beds and other furniture are comfortable and attractive, and the view out the back doors is marvelous! We cooked for ourselves quite a bit and did miss a dishwasher (spoiled us); but kitchen implements were plentiful and effective. I loved the chairs on the little patio just outside the French doors -- especially after the shade came over after noon. There are miles of beach to walk just steps from the condo -- although this year the village could not keep up with the sea grass on the beach. We sampled a number of local restaurants and highly recommend La Sirena and Spaghettino's (near the brand new Chidrauri grocery store. The condo is a bit of a walk from the village center, and we were happy to have a car for going out and back for dinner. I would definitely return to this property!

Paradise....

Le site est magnifique, la vue de la mer assis sur une terrasse en tuiles de travertin, les levés de soleil incroyables...Une piscine toute en longueur toujours propre et chaude...un séjour qui a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Nous adorons Puerto Morelos...et nous y reviendrons certainement.

WOW moment from the first time of opening the door!

My first thought is the representation on line doesn't give this property justice. Absolutely a prime example of paradise. Beautiful furnishings made feel at home. THE VEIW is spectacular. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. 25-30 min leisurely walk to center of Puerto Morelos. We didn't rent a car, wasn't an issue for us. Very easy to catch a taxi never waited more than a very few minutes. Nice and quite area. Pool side and beach area was awesome. Communication with owner was seamless very responsive. Only little complaint would be the pool isn't heated, It is a little on the cool side this time of year. I am planning on returning soon. Plenty bigg for two couples or a family of 4 or 5. Absolutely love this place and owner.

Great apartment, good location (was nice being just a little out of town), wonderful pool and just steps from the beach! All just as advertised in the listing. Elena was an excellent host, always replied promptly to any inquiry, and was very accommodating. Very pleasant and helpful on-site staff as well. We look forward to going back!

Quiet, right on the beach with everything you need. If it’s not there, Elena will help you with it! Walk to the town on the beach to get dinner and take a taxi back. Couldn’t be better.

Our new home away from home... so relaxing!!!

We stayed for a month and felt at home from day one. The unit is furnished nicely and the beds are comfortable with plenty of storage for our clothes and essentials. Elena came every week to clean the place and made sure we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. Bottled water is furnished and when we needed more just asked Flipie for more and payed a few pesos. Easy peasy! You can see the sea from the kitchen, living, dining area and the master bedroom.At night you could watch the cruise boats go by and during the day enjoy the waves and pelicans diving into the water for their fish..We have been staying in Mexico for over 15 years never once used the pool at other places but this time the pool was very refreshing to do laps or just stand in and look out at the sea. Dry off laying on the lounge chairs.The beach in front of condo is small and a little rocky to enter but you can walk either direction for miles. It is about a 25 to 30 min easy walk to the town along the beach and to the area that we spent most of our time to allow me to snorkel off the shore. From the condo you can call for taxi (ask Filpie) or walk to town along the beach and catch a collectivo for 10 pesos to go to the larger grocery store and taxi back to the unit. Stay in town and eat at the many restaurants that are amazing and reasonable. The people are very friendly and we felt safe.The one negative we in contoured had nothing to do about condo but mother nature. It's the sea-grass that blows in along the beach at times it limited our ability to walk easily along the beach. We will be back hopefully sooner rather than later!! Thank you Elena for sharing your home with us, we have come home refreshed, relaxed and dreaming about our return to our new home away from home.

Family Vacation

We loved our 5 day stay at Costa Blanca! Elena was wonderful! She was waiting at the condo when we arrived. She was very helpful & she responded immediately when we had a question regarding the door. The amenities that Elena provides with the condo are great. She provides beach towels,hairdryer, soap, water, beach chairs, cooking utensils & of course wifi:-). Some may not think these items are a big deal but it's less you have to pack! We would definitely would stay here again. Yes its a 20 min walk to town but it is super easy to get a taxi & its cheap. We love going to Puerto Morelos!

Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!

This condo is clean and comfortable, in a quiet location. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen has many small appliances, a stove top but not an oven. We wanted to try the grill, but didn't, there were too many good restaurants to enjoy during our short stay. By roadway the condo seems a long way from town, but by beach it is only 25 minutes walking on a terrific beach. The weather was not the best while we were there, but nice enough to enjoy sitting on the patio/pool deck and under the tree on the beach enjoying the views. The condo complex has a few houses directly next door on each side with the Puerto Morelos' Reef National Park located a bit down the beach, contributing to the quietness. Several people walked the beach (no vendors), going back and forth to town; many were cleaning the beach as they walked. The beach is incredible and very clean. We did not have a vehicle, as we came to enjoy the beach and a taxi only cost $3.00 USD from town the evening it rained. Felipe resides adjacent to the condo and took us to the airport for less than the taxis in town. Elena is terrific to work with, being very responsive and helpful. We look forward to returning to this condo and Puerto Morelos

Didn't want a resort.

I wanted a small place to stay (that wasn't a huge resort) on the beach with a pool all with ground level access, this was perfect! We could walk out the sliding glass doors and be right at the pool, which we had all to ourselves since this was the slow season. The condo was spacious and clean with had satellite TV which was a requirement for hubby. Elena was very helpful and had Cristal drinking water there in the kitchen which was very nice. There is a washer & dryer and full size fridge and cooktop. She also had small appliances in the cabinets as well as silverware and dinnerware. The ocean was probably 20' from the edge of the pool wall and we could watch the birds play along the beach. Very pleasant place to stay

Clean and Comfortable.....I would stay here again

My wife and I recently stayed here for a 10 day vacation. The unit is clean, spacious and inviting. It has everything you need, including a washer and dryer. Some of the furnishings are a little tired and could use replacement but overall we were very happy with the unit. The unit even has WiFi service. More importantly, communication with the owner was great. She greeted us upon arrival and provided service that went above and beyond most VRBO hosts. The grounds and pool area are maintained daily. There are only 9 units in this development so securing a space by the pool is never an issue and the other occupants were always friendly and helpful. As past reviewers have said, its a good 20 minute walk into town however there is a taxi stand about 2 blocks away so getting around is very easy. We will definitely return.

Perfect vacation!

Just spent a week at this condo in Puerto Morelos and it was amazing! It is in a great location. Puerto Morelos is a quiet town away from the craziness of cancun and playa del carmen, but still an easy drive to both. The building only has 9 units, and we were the only ones there that week, so we had the pool all to ourselves! The condo is very clean, well-stocked, and has good wireless internet. If you are on the fence between the mass-marketed all-inclusive resorts and a private condo, I highly recommend going with the private condo, and put this one at the top of your list. It is just as relaxing and much more authentic way to experience the area.

Hi I have been coming to Puerto Morelos for the past 8 years and every time I came I loved the way I felt in this wonderful little town where you feel secure, the beach is beautiful, so I looked for 2 years for a place but it was difficult until I found after 2 years 'Puerto Morelos CONDO' and it was just what I wanted to feel the Comfort and the Serenity in a beautiful place and with all the Services so I decided that 'Puerto Morelos CONDO' was the place to enjoy and relax in a wonderful place.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Location is amazing we are near downtown but at the same time we are not in the loud area where the beach is full of people, our beach is very quiet, I (the owner) live in Cancun that is 20 minutes from the Apartment so I can help you anytime you need something, I will be there for you!
The Condo is very quiet, modern and beautiful!
