Capacity: 6 people: 4 adults, 2 children or 2 adults, 4 children.
In a stone farmhouse, 2 km from the village, the old stable at the back of the house was completely rehabilitated in 2016 to offer you this independent 120 m² gîte with a maximum capacity of 6 people.
Inside, stone wall, calm and freshness will make you appreciate the large living room. A large garden of over 500 m² open to nature is reserved for you. Very clear view of the village of Allex, the hills of the Drôme and the Ardèche mountains. You will be in the front row to admire the sunsets and the starry skies.
Parking on site.
WiFi internet access. Television (TNT).
On the ground floor, living / dining room of 45 m² and kitchen with central island equipped with an induction hob; dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave.
Separate WC with hand basin.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, bathroom (sink, shower), separate toilet.
Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140 x 200 cm,
Bedroom 2: 1 bed 180 x 200 cm or 2 beds 90 x 200 cm,
Bedroom 3: 2 bunk beds.

In the garden, private terrace with dining table under a shade sail.

- Arrival: 4 p.m., departure: 11 a.m. (or by agreement)

Reservations canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay may be refunded up to 100%. Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay may be refunded up to 50%.
