La terraza es muy grande y tiene asientos, mesa y sillas para hasta 18 personas. Hay 10 hamacas alrededor de la piscina totalmente cerrada con sombrillas para relajarse y tomar el sol.
Tenis de mesa, bádminton, fútbol, bate y pelota se proporcionan en los jardines.

We stayed at this incredible villa at the end of October into early November to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday with close family and, we now fully understand why every review is a perfect 10/10.The villa itself is immaculate; spacious, beautifully furnished, thoughtfully equipped and perfectly distributed for our group. Wi-Fi was reliable and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool, garden and outside setting was perfect for both celebration and downtime. What truly set this experience apart was our host, Christine. From the moment we booked, she was truly exceptional; friendly, professional and incredibly accommodating. The pre-arrival information she provided was detailed and helpful, allowing us to familiarise ourselves with local shops, restaurants and amenities before we even arrived. Christine went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday extra special adding thoughtful touches and surprises that meant so much to us. We were welcomed with a bottle of bubbles, a warm Jacuzzi ready to enjoy, a starter pack of nibbles, tea, and coffee, such a kind and generous gesture. Every single member of our family from age 4 to 80 loved the villa - we would return in a heartbeat. Christine’s attention to detail and genuine care made us feel truly looked after. If anyone is starting out in the hospitality business, Christine is the gold standard to aspire to. If we could give a higher score, we absolutely would. Highly, highly recommended!!

Beautiful villa. Not in central Vilamoura but Ubers were super easy to book and cheap. Great amenities for children and to keep everyone busy. Very clean, lovely welcome package and Christine was always available for any questions or queries that we had. We have been to Vilamoura regularly but Christine provided lots of information about the local area. Top host and stunning villa. Would love to come back in the future.

The villa was the best we have stayed in - the pictures don’t do it justice. Wonderful property with a great outdoor space. Wonderful pool area and patio area a great space to chill out.The host is extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. She is really relaxed and left us to it but was there if we needed her. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa and would definitely stay her again if back in Portugal! 5*

Perfect 2 weeks

We (group of 11 including 2 kids 2&4 years old) had two weeks in the villa and it was absolutely perfect. The villa was lovely and clean and offered everything we wanted and needed.The pool is gated so no need to worry about the kids when no one’s manning it. Christine was available all the time to help with any queries on the local area and general help. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends in the future. The villa is perfect location for everything with only being a short drive/cab away. Cabs are cheap. A short 10/15 min walk to a bakery that does lovely fresh bread, croissants and cakes every morning. In short. Lovely place, highly recommend it.

Amazing Villa 10/10

Beautiful villa, beautifully clean and beautifully maintained. From my first enquiry, Christine was so helpful. She met us on arrival with a very thoughtful welcome pack after our travels and although living next door, was very unobtrusive during our stay, keeping in touch by wattsapp and promptly replying with any info or help we needed. The villa is just as you see in the photos, and our 3 generation family all agreed it was the best one we have stayed at so far. Plenty of room for 13 of us to spread out, comfortably furnished social areas inside and out and a huge, safe garden for the little ones to play. The lockable gate on the swimming pool was a big plus for our peace of mind too. There was more than enough pots, pans and utensils for catering in the modern kitchen and 2 bbq's, the beds were so comfy and all the linens and towels supplied were top quality. We couldnt fault anything. Special shout out to the team of cleaners who came in regularly too.Everything was beautifully clean and made for a very special family holiday, I would highly recommend this villa and cant wait to come back next year. Thank you Christine.

Had booked to celebrate as a family for a 60th birthday with 3 different families ages ranging from 2 - 60. From the initial booking right through to the end of our stay Christine was brilliant, from the information provided, booking transfers and ensuring that we had some essentials in the property on arrival. The villa is beautiful and easily accommodated 7 adults and 4 children. It has a large garden and games provided and a secure pool area with a lockable gate so we didn’t have to worry when this was not in use. The villa is set in a quiet location but only a 8 minute uber from a large supermarket and about the same distance into Vilamoura marina. Everything we needed in the property was provided and cleaners attended to the pool, outdoor areas and inside the property during our stay. Thank you for a lovely week!

Fabulous outdoor area, a home from home

Fantastic stay. Plenty of room. Outdoor area was amazing, so handy to have a large garden area with young kids - they loved running around when not in the pool. Property very clean and spacious. Everything you could need. Super easy to order Ubers, getting around was no problem. Christine the host is super lovely, helpful and welcoming and sent lots of useful information ahead of stay. We had a great time as a family and will definitely book again.

Excellent villa

We had a great week. Christina was very helpful and the villa itself was spacious, well appointed, clean and modern. It had everything we needed. It is close to Vilamoura and very easy and cheap to uber in to the town, nearby waterparks and beaches. The pool was great to relax, and there are plenty of areas to sit in shade or sunbathe. Cant fault it!

Je viens de passer des vacances tout simplement inoubliables : un grand merci ! Une villa magnifique, optionnel et plus que confortable. Également un accueil très chaleureux de la part de l'hôte, toujours a disposition pour nous. Family holiday

Fabulous time had by all. We are a large family that holiday together once a year over the years we have had a few disappointments this villa did not disappoint in anyway. What you see advertised is actually what you get a beautiful clean spacious well looked after villa. Christine the owner sends all the info you need before you arrive a lovely lady who comes to see you when you arrive is just a msg away to answer any query you may have and then comes to say goodbye when it’s time to leave. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

What a fabulous house !!!

Stayed in this beautiful house for 2 weeks - for over a week there were 14 of us. Christine could not have done more - it was clean bright with absolutely everything we could have needed and she is right next door!! Pool was filled up grass cut and house beautifully maintained !! Have booked houses through companies before but never again - no comparison to having someone on the doorstep to help!! If you have a large family or big group could not recommend enough!! Very close to supermarkets the beach and Villamoura !! Holiday was 15/10 - perfect !!!

A wonderful stay and fabulous time!

We were a group of 11 people; adults ranging from 40 to 80 years old and 2 kids. It was a special time celebrating my husband's 50th birthday with family and close friends. We had an amazing time at the villa. The layout worked out perfectly with three bedrooms located on the main level and three on the second level and 6 washrooms (no line ups getting ready in the morning :)) Christine and her husband Matthew were great hosts. The communication prior to our arrival and check in process was clear and easy. Christine was always available to answer ay questions and provide recommendations for sites to visit, local restaurants etc. during our stay. The villa is located in a quiet area around 10 minutes away by car from Villamoura centre, beaches and shopping area. It is best to have a vehicle to go around but some of our group took Uber as well instead of driving and it was quite cheap (around $5 to $8 euros). We loved our stay and hope to be back again in the near future.

Perfect and Private Location for a Family

This property was perfect for our family reunion of nine adults and four children. The private gate at the entrance made us feel more secure, the spacious parking for our vehicles (2 nine-passenger vans, and one car), plenty of grass for the children to run and play, the private gated pool (this was imperative for us, and the pool was lovely), the spacious outside patio area with plenty of seating and two bbqs, the beautiful up-to-date kitchen with new appliances, the bedrooms with bathrooms were very nice and convenient. Christine was such a gracious host and told us everything we needed to know. When we arrived at the property Christine had already purchased some food for us to have a quick and easy meal. Our family highly recommends this property, and we cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful Villa

We were a family of twelve, my wife and me, our four sons, their partners and our grandchildren. We were really looking forward to our stay and we’re not disappointed. The host is a lovely lady, who puled out all the stops for our stay. Would recommend Villla Vivenda Christina to anyone looking to rent a Villa in Quarteira, convenient for Villa Sol, Vilamoura, Amancil, etc.

Wonderful Family Holiday

A wonderful experience from start to finish! Christine the owner, was so helpful - arranged transfers, gave us contacts for car hire, places to visit and was there if you needed her. The villa is very private and the pool and garden s are so relaxing ! Beautiful outside area with bbq’s , comfy furniture and space for everyone to chill . Our grandchildren loved the pool - plenty of Sun loungers and areas of shade if you wanted it! The villa inside is also spacious and is tastefully decorated with a number of sofas ! It was very hot as was July, but the villa has great air conditioning! We used Uber taxis to visit the Marina, water parks for the children and Albufeira Old Town ! Perfect Paradise

We had one week in this wonderful Villa, 4 families including 6 kids and we all absolutely loved it. There was ample space for all, including a section of the house with games room, large bedroom sleeping 4 with large bathroom and walk in wardrobe with separate doors onto the outside patio area so our teenage boys loved making this part of the Villa their area! The Villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The vast gardens were beautiful and a gorgeous pool. Most evenings we congregated around the long outdoor dining table and lit the two bbqs. It really did feel like a relaxing retreat. Christine, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. She was there to greet us when we arrived and to say goodbye at the end of our stay. She linked us up with some taxi drivers who were always on hand to take us anywhere we wanted to go, reasonably priced, with the marina and beaches only 10 mins drive from the Villa. Christine recommended some great local restaurants and a lovely local beach which was really picturesque with a great restaurant on the beach. Anyone wishing to switch off and relax whilst also being close to all local amenities, this is the perfect retreat.

Brilliant holiday

Would recommend this villa to anyone 😁 had the most amazing stay with the whole family, many happy memories made. Christine was so helpful and really couldn’t do enough for us. 👏👏👏
