Villa Girassol, CleverDetails, Air con; private pool; 10ad+2ch; golf view; WIFI

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the property, its beautiful golf views and Vilamoura. We are very sorry that your child cut their foot in the pool. Some of the small rounded mosaic tiles were becoming detached and a renovation had already been scheduled for September. Based on the technical advice received, they were not considered a cutting risk, so we sincerely regret that this occurred. Regarding the swimwear, we acted immediately upon your report and the pool water was tested. No excessive chlorine level was identified that could explain the discolouration. Fabric discolouration can have several causes, including the characteristics of the fabric itself and possible reactions involving detergents, sunscreens or other product residues when exposed to chlorinated water. This is not a recurring issue at this pool and there was no evidence of incorrect chemical treatment. Regarding the pool technician, he does not speak English, so we believe there may have been a misunderstanding. He and his son have cared for this pool for over 30 years. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Clever Details.
