The home was infested with roaches. My children and grandchildren did not stay after arriving to so many alive and dead roaches. I really appreciate the owner refunding our entire amount. The home is in a great location and nice size.

The accommodations were excellent and we had ample room to lounge, enjoy meals, and watch TV. The location is close to many dining options and I would definitely book this home again in the future.

Golf Trip

We volunteer for the Players Championship in March and return in summer to play TPC Sawgrass (one of the perks we earn for volunteering). We stay in the same house both times each year and love it. The host is great, responsive and the house is always ready for us. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Great, clean house but communication lacking

Four golfers staying in the house. Great location, clean and comfortable. Nice beds. Did not receive check in info until one and a half hours before check in. We traveled from out of state and were concerned that we may not be able to get in the house. Emailed, texted and called owner and was never able to connect. Thanks to VRBO who were able to communicate with owner we received the check in info. No info for WiFi, TV or check out one.

This property is a beautiful home in a safe and upscale neighborhood, however the hosting and upkeep of the home need some work. The host did not reach out prior to my arrival with entry instructions. I waited till 11pm the day prior to arrival and then I reached out via VRBO. The response was prompt and accurate, but I shouldn't have to chase those answers down. That was the full extent of my interactions with the host.The house's upkeep needs work too. The beds were suffering from some bowing. The dishwasher was broken on my arrival. When I looked under the sink to find supplies to hand wash my family's dishes... there was a strong unpleasant odor under there. I suspect that the smell is somehow related to the dishwasher, but a quick plumber's visit could/should have sorted it all out. Another example, the toilet in the master bath clearly has a leak, because the tank fill turns on every 60 seconds to top off the tank. Annoying but not serious... just a maintenance task that seems to be ignored. There were a few other minor things, but they were enough to remind us that no one was caring for maintaining the home well (missing drawer pulls, hand soap that was clearly an industrial cleaning product, etc)The cleaning was an issue as well. It was okay looking but clear hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. For example, I found cobwebs behind one of the bedroom doors. There was mildew in the jack & jill bathroom.This is a beautiful house but it needs more care

Annual Family Fun

For our situation this was the perfect location. Our adult son and his wife had just moved to Florida (across the road at the Stone Creek subdivision). My husband, daughter, sister and I decided to visit them and enjoy all the activities in the area. When you walk into the house, you feel that you’ve arrived at an expensive, cozy, summer house . . . you feel right at home. You look around and know this is a place where you can unwind and relax. The décor is lovely – the owners put a lot of thought, care, and expense into the décor, and it shows. The whole house was very clean – I didn’t find anything that was dirty, and I looked. My husband and I stayed in the Master Bedroom. The room was large and had plenty of space to put my belongings. I loved the large, walk-in closets – one for me and one for my husband! The bed was comfortable, but I was most impressed with the shower – I loved the design, it was so roomy, clean, had great water pressure, and maintained its temperature. I had plenty of counter space to put my makeup and hair products – thanks for furnishing a magnifying cosmetic mirror! Each morning, my husband and I enjoyed a cup of coffee sitting out on the large back porch overlooking the pond. It is such a beautiful view – and such a nice way to start our day! The house was exceptional, and we will definitely stay there again. Thank you to the owners for making our family get together extra special.

Family gathering for the Celebration of life of another family member.

This was a lovely place for our family to get together. We enjoyed breakfast every morning on the patio. The kitchen is stocked with most everything you need to cook and bake. I would definitely rent this property again.
