Beautiful holiday home on Lake Annecy. Ideal location at the edge of the small road along the lake: very quiet, breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Ideal to relax, relax, enjoy nature, play sports or visit.
Our villa is divided into 2 houses, one for us and one for our guests.
You will have your independence, an independent access to your house composed of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with satellite TV, a brand new kitchen and fully equipped. Large garden with BBQ, deckchairs, table tennis, balcony with table and chairs, access to the lake in front of the house, 2 public beaches 1 km, parking in the property, non-smoking house, hiking, bike path, tourism around Annecy, near Chamonix, Geneva, Lyon.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent property & hosts!

What a fantastic property with Veronique and her family the perfect hosts making us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this self contained chalet both for the facilities, figment, view, position on the Lac & hospitality. Memories of watching the sun setting over the Lac whilst having dinner on the balcony will last a lifetime. Can’t wait to return. Book now and you won’t be disappointed.

Geweldige locatie en geweldig appartement

We verbleven met 2 echtparen in 2 aparte slaapkamers met elk een badkamer. Het verblijf ziet er erg goed, ruim en netjes uit, en de locatie is gewoon voortreffelijk. Hele mooie ligging met uitkijk op het meer en tegenoverliggende bergen. Het meer ligt op wandelafstand: weg oversteken...We genoten elke avond van de prachtige zonsondergang. Veronique en Marcus zijn heel gastvrij en willen graag helpen waar nodig. We konden gebruik maken het ruime balkon, van de gehele voortuin, tuinstoelen, etc.Kleine winkel in Menton, maar goed voorzien. Ga ook 'ns eten bij Café de la Place in Menton. Locale keuken, erg goed en goedkoop!Goede uitvalsbasis voor 'n trip naar het bergachtige achterland.We zijn 10 nachten gebleven, maar was eigenlijk veel te kort...
