Amazing house. Extraordinaire maison.

The property is locatted just 10-15 minutes from Nantes with a straight forward connection to centre ville using the tranway (you can leave the car at 8 Mai P+R to reach downtown). The neighborhood is calm and quiet. The garden is huge with a wonderful trampoline for the kids and a big barbecue (althoguh we didn't use it). The kitchen is totally provided with cutlery, pots, pans, blender etc etc so it is ideal for family with little kids. The house also is fully furnished with washing machine, dishwasher, clothe dryer and everything you could need. Julie and his family are very supportive to everything relatted with accomodation, city information, etc, etc. The entire house is iluminatted thanks to the big windows. One of the best accomodation me and my family have been ever seen.I totally recommend it!

Belle maison

La maison répond pratiquement à la description de l'annonce. Hormis que la seconde douche était en mauvais état et nous avons préféré ne pas l'utiliser. Les arbres aux alentours donnaient une certaine fraîcheur à cette maison de plein pied, ce fut agréable malgré une pelouse desséchée. La propriétaire nous a dit de faire comme chez nous et franchement, il y avait tout ce qu'il faut là où il faut. Seul petit bug, une mauvaise coordination dans la procédure de départ, mais tout est rentrée dans l'ordre au final.

C’est dommage de ne pas avoir voulu profité de la salle de bain des enfants. Vous êtes les premiers à nous faire la remarque et nous allons donc tout faire pour changer la paroi de douche. Quant à la pelouse, rassurez-vous, lorsqu’il n’y a pas de canicule et de restriction d’eau, elle retrouve son plus beau vert!

Maison moderne et très agreable, grand volume, très beau terrain. Très bien pour une famille avec enfants. Très calme. Propriétaire très sympathique. Très content de notre séjour.
