Close to public transport (bus 259.18, RER A).

Raised buildings close to a busy road (but well soundproofed apartment).

F2 arranged:
- a bedroom of 14m² with a bed of 160x200 cm, wardrobe side wardrobe with hangers and a side shelves.
- Warm and luminous stay with sofa / bed (House of the Convertible),
TV equipped with Netflix and WiFi available. A central island equipped with an extension and 4 high chairs to be able to eat properly and or serve as office.
- Fully equipped open kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob, washing machine, coffee maker (Dolce Custo), toaster, electric kettle, dishes ....)
- Shower room: Hair dryer, shower gel Corp and hair and toilet sanibroyeur (put that toilet paper).
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done with care.

Apartment was lovely, very modern, you do have to climb up 2 flights of stairs , location great to getting to Versailles and even into Paris, our hosts very nice but it was limited as they spoke French and us English but their communications to us worked out well

Le MIRIFIQUE est idéal pour un court séjour à deux, appartement très propre, bien agencé et équipé mais un gros point noir concernant le déchargement et chargement des bagages en bas de la location; la route de Versailles est extrêmement passante et les véhicules y roulent vite; les places de parking au bas de l'immeuble sont compliquées car on est contraints de sortir de la voiture côté route et c'est très dangereux, le magasin de motos, voisin de la location, pénalise également en obligeant le piéton à marcher sur la route pour accéder à son véhicule.Certes il y a un parking gratuit ( de faible capacité) proche mais avec des bagages pas du tout idéal.C'est vraiment dommage en rapport à la qualité de cette location.
