In a quiet and wooded environment near the Estérel, housing is located on the ground floor of a fully renovated house on a green plot of 1300m2, equipped with a swimming pool which you will have full enjoyment.
The accommodation of 70m2 consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with toilet (shower / bath), a living room with fully equipped kitchen, a terrace overlooking the pool.
You can park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway of the house. Stay with American kitchen, sofa reads 2 beds (2x 90x190cm or 180x190cm). coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs, TV, WIFI.
Kitchen: Extractor hood, VMC, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, fridge / freezer, kettle, juicer.
Bedroom 1: Independent, overlooking the garden with private bathroom, bath. Double bed (160x200cm), bedside tables, chest of drawers.
Bedroom 2: Independent, overlooking the garden with private bathroom, walk-in shower. 1 double bed (180x200cm) or 2 single beds (90x200cm), bedside table, wardrobe.
Swimming pool secured NF P90-306. Loungers. garden table and chairs.
Cot, high chair.
Iron, ironing board, drying rack.
Household utensils, vacuum cleaner

Linen, towels, bath and sheets on request (additional benefit) 70 €.
Obligatory cleaning at the end of the stay 50 €.

For weekly rentals, arrivals will be on Saturday at 16H and departures on Saturday 10H.

Wonderful stay in Frejus

We loved it there- the pool was wonderful and helped us to cool down during two very hot weeks at the Côte d'Azur. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Gardener and someone looking after the pool were friendly and kept everything neat and pretty. The couch for guests 5 was a little difficult, so we would recommend

Séjour agréable dans l’ensemble mais annonce mensongère

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable mais l’annonce devrait préciser que c’est un bas de villa et non une villa; c’est un peu mensonger. L’endroit est assez humide. L’état du lit bébé était immonde. En ce qui concerne le service de conciergerie , rien à dire. Les extérieurs sont agréables mais la proprete laisse à désirer.

La villa correspond parfaitement à l’annonce elle est très bien placée. La gérante du logement est un amour ainsi que la concierge qui s’est occupé de nous recevoir elles sont toutes les deux disponibles en cas de besoin. Un grand merci à elles pour ces vacances ensoleillées ! Je recommande à 200%

Maison au calme

Uune location très sympa sur la commune de Frejus. À 7 km de la mer en voiture. Une maison pour 4 personnes et non 6 personnes.la piscine et la terrasse très sympa sans vis à vis. Un seul point négatif des remontées par les canalisat Très désagréable principalement dans les salles de bain. La propriétaire est à l’écoute et très sympathique.
