Enjoy this small piece of Majorcan countryside in Muro and discover the beauty and comfort of the home that will make your holiday unforgettable.
There are a mobile barbecue and garden furniture on the terrace for you to enjoy meals in the open air. The chlorinated pool of 10 x 5m in size and 1.15-1.85m deep is perfect for your relax on hot summer days. After cooling off in the pool you can sunbathe on 8 hammocks while your children can play in the large garden on 120 m2 of lawn. From the terrace you can enjoy views of the countryside and mountains.

It is a one-storey house distributed in 4 bedrooms: two have double beds and two are with single beds. The bedrooms do not have air conditioning but the fans are available in each room. The house has two bathrooms: one has a bathtub and one has a shower. This house is characterized by its spaciousness and comfort. The living room invites you to sit on the couch and relax reading a book, surfing the internet (Wi-Fi) or watching satellite TV. The kitchen has its own dining area and is equipped with toaster, coffee machine, electric oven, dishwasher, stove, cutlery and fridge. Obviously there are washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is an open parking space for 5 cars in front of the house.

If you like beach in 15 minutes by car you will reach the sandy beach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort, ideal places for a spending a day with a family. The promenade of Ca'n Picafort is always lively and has a great variety of bars and shops.

If you seek peace, we recommend you to go to Playa de Muro. This protected area is famous for its dunes and crystal clear waters. Alcudia and Pollensa with their numerous coves are also worth being visited. In Sa Pobla, the nearest town of 8 km away, you will find several supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a health center.

Our stay was in overall really enjoyable

Our stay was in overall really enjoyable. The house is located in at a very calm place. So it's very enjoyable for a retreat. All rooms in the house were at the same level, no stairs, children friendly. But onw the downside, the bedsheets and the pillows didn't smell good and smelled like sweat.

Hallo, wir waren vom 10.6.-18.6.2017 in der Finca s'Estacio in Muro. Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft! Wir hätten allerdings ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge, bzw. Anmerkungen: die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein, so vermissten wir z. B. Geschirrtücher, einen Schäler ( für Gurken, Kartoffeln...), eine oder mehrere große Schüsseln (für Salat), eine Spülbürste und Spülschwämme, - Lappen. Insgesamt könnte mehr Geschirr bzw. Besteck vorhanden sein (alles nur einfach vorhanden). Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Traumurlaub, nicht zu toppen

Eine phantastische Unterkunft, modern und trotzdem viele mallorquinische Elemente ohne altbacken zu wirken. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich, wir haben ihn nur am Anreisetag kurz gesehen. Alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und es bleiben keine Wünsche der Ausstattung betreffend offen. Wir haben die Unterkunft als Ersatzunterkunft angeboten bekommen, weil wir in der ursprünglich gebuchten nicht mehr bleiben konnten/wollten. Die Lage ist sehr SEHR einsam, aber ein Auto benötigt man sowieso, also ist es egal, ob man einen oder zwei Kilometer mehr fährt. Ein Traum-Unterkunft!

Viel ruhiger kann das Haus nicht liegen, in der Nähe ist eine Bahnstrecke, da fährt gefühlt 3x am Tag eine Bimmelbahn vorbei die kaum wahrnehmbar ist. Auch die Straße welche nach Muro führt, ist so weit weg, das die Autos so gut wie nicht hörbar sind. Der Panorama der Berge ist einfach wunderbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine super Zeit und würden auch jeder Zeit wieder diese Finca buchen :D”

The Perfect Retreat

A beautiful villa, perfect for two families (4 adults and 4 children). Very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lovely pool, terrace and fantastic sense of space. Wonderful views. Would recommend hiring a car for trips to the supermarket and to explore the local area.

Pleasant Stay

Lovely and secluded if you want a break from the noise this is definitely for you. Lovely big property with constant warm water which was good. The downside was keep ants away, even with never leaving food around and cleaning as we went ants were everywhere - even trying to get in the fridge. And whilst we were there it was very hot which made having no air con unbearable even though there were fans it didn’t help at all. Overall we enjoyed our stay and if there were less ants and air con it would have been perfect.

Fantasic villa with everything you need

We have just returned from S'Estacio. The villa was really well equipped and any issues were sorted immediately by the owner who met up on arrival and explained everything to us. It is really well located for exploring the north of the Island but is quietly tucked away for all the hustle and bustle of the busy towns. We had a great time, thank you very much!!

Very clean

The size and cleanliness of the property was very good and we really appreciated the clear instructions we received before arriving - it made the journey very easy. Kitchen facilities too were very good - we stayed in and cooked a few times. Thank you very much for everything! Only point worth mentioning is the hot water did have a tendency of only lasting 5 minutes or so - even less if both showers were on. Wasn't too much of an issue as it was so hot a cold shower was quite nice but I can imagine in the colder months people may not find it so refreshing.
