Located in the center frontline of Alcudia beach. We offer you A NICE Apartment of 130 M2. the view is exclusive and directly on the beach. First floor apartment .It has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with twin beds, and the last one with a single bed, two full bathrooms (one in the suite), living room with TV sat . A kitchen fully equipped: vitroceramic, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and dichwasher.
The apartment has 2 air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan in the master bedroom .There is a communal garage. The perfect Apartment for a family self-catering holiday.
the swimming pool available to use is in another apartments , situated at 300m from the apartments.

Lovely Stay on the beach

Great location right in port alcudia beach. Apartment nice and spacious and all necessary amenities with lovely balcony overlooking the beach and sea. Nice to have off street parking for rental car. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay in Alcudia. We stayed for 5 nights and the apartment was perfect. The ohitos ate accurate. It is hard to beat its location. The underground parking was very helpful, but be aware that the spots are tight. The kitchen had all we needed and the balcony was certainly the highlight. Communication with the manager was easy and he was very responsive. The unit is up a few flights of stairs, so if you have mobility issues that may be a concern. For Alcudia, we found the best restaurants are in old town. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach Holiday

This is our second time staying in this apartment. It is very spacious and conveniently located right on the beach and close to all amenities. It also include a parking space under the building which is very nice if you have a rental car since it can be challenging to find on street parking at the busy times of the day. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay.

INCREDIBLE DAYS IN MALLORCA

We have been in this lovely apartment for our holidays and it has been perfect. The apartment is in front of the Alcudia beach and 5 minutes walking from the port. The location of the apartment is really good, with lots of restaurants and shops next to it. Miguel was so friendly with all of us and such a helpful man. We would like to come back again next year. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Lage am Meer, W-LAN, Tiefgarage sind bestens, ansonsten könnte das Appartement für den Preis doch eine Erneuerung und Reparatur der Möbel und allgemeine Auffrischung vertragen. Schade, dass hier seit Jahren kein Geld investiert wurde. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht. Die Ausstattung entspricht nicht den vergebenen Sternen. Die angegebene zweite Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Wenn es heiß ist, reicht die eine im Flur nicht zum Kühlen der 3 Schlafzimmer aus und man muss mit offenen Türen schlafen. Auch den Pool haben wir vergeblich gesucht. Wer das alles nicht braucht, wird sich hier dennoch wohl fühlen. Die Lage ist einfach genial und das entschädigt für vieles.

Tolle Aussicht

Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Nicht modern aber völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist aber wirklich top. Direkt am Strand in einer ruhigen Gegend. Die Terasse bietet eine unglaubliche Aussicht mit spektakulären Sonnenaufgängen.

Fantastiskt läge precis vid stranden gjorde vår vistelse magisk. Rymlig lägenhet med många dörrar och fönster så det var bra ventilation. Garageplats till hyrbilen var ett plus. Värden missade tiden vid incheckningen men räddade upp det väldigt bra så vi behövde knappt vänta. Han var mycket vänlig och svarade snabbt på våra frågor inför vistelsen. Sol på balkongen på morgonen och sedan skön och välbehövlig skugga vid lunch och framåt. Vacker utsikt och nära till butiker och restauranger. Mkt fin strand som hölls ren. Lägenheten kändes fräsch även om de vita strumporna snabbt blev smutsiga. Dock stark lukt av rengöringsmedel som var lite stickande i början. Fanns endast en aircondition, inte två som det stod. Dessutom var det slut på batterier i kontrollen i den som fanns. Helt ok utrustning i köket, saknade rivjärn. Tv:n förstod vi oss aldrig på. Diskmaskinen var utbytt sedan tidigare recensioner om att den var i dåligt skick. Badrum och kök i gammal standard men kändes ändå fräscha och ändamålsenliga. Rekommenderar denna lägenhet varmt om man gillar strand- och balkonghäng!

Propriedade agradável. Corresponde com todas as expectativas. Pé na areia. Nosso anfitrião Miquel. Muito gentil nos recebeu as 02:00 da manhã E foi muito simpático e amável. Na propriedade havia algums. Mimos como água cervejas e vinhos. Na saída ainda pudemos ficar um pouco mais tranquilos com o horário. Parabéns a equipe toda envolvida. Muito profissionais. Die Wohnung ist wie erwartet, nicht die modernste, aber dennoch sehr schön. Hat alles was man braucht und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine einzige Klimaanlage ist etwas zu wenig für die ganze Wohnung, aber wir konnten die Luft gut mit den Ventilator verteilen. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein, mit super schönem Strand direkt vor der Tür und tollen Ausblick vom Balkon aus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful stay in an amazing condo and neighbourhood!

This is a spacious, bright, and very comfortable condo with a stunning sea view from a large deck! The condo easily accommodated our party of five and was well stocked with anything a family might need for a self-catering holiday. The building was quiet and peaceful. The location is absolutely amazing - steps away from a huge sandy beach, yet also walking distances to local shops and restaurants. Also, the location provides for quick access to fantastic cycling routes. Communication with Miguel was prompt and reliable. We can't wait to come back!

Perfect accommodation for the five of us . We holiday every year together. The location is absolutely perfect. Directly onto the beach and quiet at night. We went to all restaurants that were suggested and they were fabulous! Definitely would return to this property !

Beautiful views from the front deck and great proximity to the beach, restaurants and activities. Miguel was super helpful and the property was clean and well stocked. This particular portion of beach was especially nice. We hope to be back.

Super schöne Wohnung direkt am Strand. Sauber und gepflegt. Trotz vielen positiven Seiten gibt es auch einige Mängel. 1 Klimaanlage im Gang für die vielen Zimmer ist viel zu wenig! Keine Beschattung der Terrasse möglich, im Sommer Frühstücken draussen geht nicht. Keine Liegen, keine Strandtücher. Schade!

Mooi appartement met prachtig uitzicht op top locatie.

Wij hebben hier een fantastische week doorgebracht! Mooi ruim appartement met groot balkon en een prachtig uitzicht. De locatie was voor ons echt ideaal, direct aan het strand en op loopafstand van de haven van Alcudia. Prima geholpen door de verhuurder. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.
