On the 4th and last floor, apartment T3 of about 70m ² with terrace of about 20m ² with sea and port preview.
In pedestrian zone.

It is on the 4th and last floor of a city center building, without elevator. It overlooks the pedestrian plaza on one side, the port on the other and a courtyard for one of the rooms.
The living room is about 20m², with sofa bed (sleeping 140cm)

The kitchen is separate (with oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, fridge / freezer, Nespresso machine)

There are 2 bedrooms with 140cm beds.
Possibility of adding a single bed in one of them, or an umbrella bed.

A bathtub in the bathroom.
Separate WC.

Emplacement idéal

Super appartement bien agencé avec une belle terrasse ou l'on profite du matin jusqu'au soir du soleil. Très bien situé près des commerces et des restaurants. Pas besoin de voiture. Tout se fait à pied.

Phantastic Appartement und Host

We had I wonderful holiday in Saint Raphael. Luc is a wonderful host, helped us wite everything. The Appartement ist just the way you can see on the photos: very spacious with a large Terrasse. It's equipped with everything. The Appartement is perfectly located in the centre of Saint Raphael but near the beaches and shops of Frejus, so you have best of both worlds. A supermarket is nearby, so is the train station. Most of the highlights of the Cote d'Azur are in reach of a one-hour-car-trip. Highly to be recommended!
