1 kitchen with electric stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer part, dishwasher -

Garage and enclosed garden with garden furniture. No heating. Quiet and independent. Washing machine. Simple comfort. Sheets provided. Average condition (maintenance and painting).
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, supplement animal (1 small dog allowed less than 7kg), deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks of August, other periods: week.

TrĂšs déçu de cette location : DĂšs l’entrĂ©e dans lieux, odeur de renfermĂ© nĂ©cessitant d’ouvrir les fenĂȘtres, portes et tiroirs des meubles. Ceux de la cuisine ont nĂ©cessitĂ© de rester entrebĂąillĂ©s pendant toutes les journĂ©es du sĂ©jour. Beaucoup de poussiĂšre constatĂ©e.Les chambres Ă©taient confortables, seul point positif mais poussiĂšre malgrĂ© tout.Certe l’annonce indiquait une location simple
mais tout de mĂȘme.Il serait de bon ton d’enlever dans le sĂ©jour, le vase sur le bahut. On a Ă©tĂ© choquĂ© pour une location de constater que c’était un vase mortuaire avec une croix peinte et l’inscription de la famille concernĂ©e !!Enfin aucun detecteur de fumĂ©e n’est installĂ© dans le logement ! Quid de la prise en charge de l’assurance en cas d’incendie ?

trÚs chouette séjour

Maison assez spacieuse, à la décoration vieillotte ... mais propre et offrant tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour. L'atout principal de ce gßte est son grand jardin (bien entretenu et totalement clÎturé) ainsi que sa localisation (dans un quartier calme, trÚs proche de la mer)
