Spring Visit to the Valley

This house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood; the corner lot makes it especially so. Large rooms, nice patio and dipping pool. The 'giardino secrecto' is a lovely part of the yard. Communication beforehand was great and accessing the house upon arrival was smooth. Being on the peaceful lake was a main choice for this house and it did not disappoint.

The backyard with lake!!

It couldn't have been more perfect. The house was the right size for getting the bridal party ready! The lake in the backyard was the setting for our daughter and son in love first look. Kimberly provided fresh fruit! The house was only 10 minutes from venue, Ashley's Castle. I am so glad we booked this house. It made our daughter's day even more special.

Great stay!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. We have a 5yr old a 5 month old, so it was perfect having the pool. The outdoor space was beautiful, and we spent most of our time outside. We liked the house so much, we ended up eating most of our meals there as well. The house was clean and comfortable. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. We chose to pay a little extra to have the pool heated above what it is generally set at, and she took care of it immediately. She also sent us some ideas of things to do in the area with kids which I thought was a nice touch. At the end of the trip my husband asked if we should re-book the same place for next year, so he clearly liked it as well!

Beautiful Home; Great Location

However, it was “not ready for prime time” when we checked in: listed kitchen items were missing (e.g. any Tupperware), one burner on the stove did not work, the ice maker in the refrigerator was broken, the kitchen garbage can was broken, and the advertised hot tub (“the spa”) was unusable because its cover was broken so it did not heat as it should. Fortunately, Property Manager Kim was very responsive to our needs, fixing that which she could as quickly as she could, but despite her best efforts not everything was fixed before we checked out. And the owner too was very nice in that he expanded the TV cable package to include ESPN at our request. As noted above, the home is beautiful and in a great location. One disappointment though is that we were told that heating the pool was “very expensive” (which I have no doubt is true and also no doubt factored into the monthly rental cost that we paid). The pool was NOT heated when we check in, but several days into our stay, the owner did heat the pool. However, after a few days, we agreed that the owner could stop heating the pool (since the advertised hot tub, aka “the spa,” was not usable once we got out of the pool), and we asked for a refund since we had paid for a heated pool, but were now foregoing that amenity. Property Manager Kim told us told that the owner would pass through the heating pool savings to my folks. While my Mom has reached out to Properly Manager Kim about that refund, sadly she still have not received any refund

Wonderful place to stay

My wife and I and a few other family members gathered here and had a great time. The place was very peaceful and the lake views out back were great, especially since the property across the lake was all done up with Christmas lights. The property was very clean and comfortable. The property manager would periodically check in with us to see how things were going, which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet stay in the Phoenix area.

Great House for a large family.

Great house for a Family get together. I'm a big griller outside. Nice gas grill worked great but could use a deep clean. 2 car garage door needs electric eye set. Just these couple of minor things. We had a great time there.

Spring Break Trip

My husband and I took our son and his family to Chandler for spring break. The house was a perfect fit for all seven of us. The children were in the pool daily. The setting of the house on the lake couldn't have been more beautiful and peaceful. It was very convenient to activities and shopping.

Feels like you're at your own resort!

There's plenty of space inside and out for a relaxing trip with friends and family. It's a quiet neighborhood with a luxurious water view—it hardly feels like you're in Arizona. We enjoyed watching the Great Blue Heron flying and hanging around the water. Kim was extremely helpful and attentive with anything we needed. Would definitely come back if we're ever looking for a place in Chandler!

Phenomenal place to relax

The owner and property manager were fantastic all around. The house is beautiful on a serene setting. It is so nice to see the lake through the many windows and have a wide open view in the back. We used the paddle boat everyday and the pool / hot tub was always clean and warm. The house is very well maintained. We have rented houses before and this is our favorite one by far. Thanks !

Everything we had hoped and more. Great location, with wonderful setting on the water. Loved starting our days on the porch with our java, and soaking up the morning sunrise! So peaceful and serene. Kim was very friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything for our stay. Highly recommend!

A perfect stay

Absolutely loved our vacation and this rental exceeded our expectations. Adults and kids both loved it, with possible downside that it was difficult to motivate yourself to leave the house and explore. Why leave your own personal ‘resort’? On a practical note, the property manager was professional and accessible, and the home was clean and well stocked. No problems and nothing more we could have wanted for. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home at Serene location!

Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful home. We were in town for the Phoenix Open & enjoyed the quiet get away while we weren’t at the course. Kimberly was helpful and checked in to be sure we were all set. Beds were excellent, home was very clean and well kept. The waterfront sitting area was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee each morning. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

Great getaway!

Property was clean and neighborhood is gorgeous. It felt like a little resort getaway. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area. Highly recommend!
