Carvoeiro Tennis Clubの近くに位置し、Carvoeiroの中心部から車でわずか5分のCasa Luzernaは、快適な内装の設備の整った1階建てのヴィラです。 快適な内装のオープンプランのシッティング/ダイニングルームには、中央暖炉、薄型衛星テレビ（無料チャンネル）、DVD / CDプレーヤー、プールを見渡すテラスに面した二重窓があります。 天井扇風機付きの広々としたベッドルーム、そのうちの2つはガラスとスライド式の二重ドアで、庭園とプールエリアにアクセスできます。

Casa Luzernaには、食器洗い機、電子レンジ、必要な台所用品が揃った設備の整ったキッチン、外でのバーベキューエリア、週5日のメイドサービスがあります。

Best BDay Vacation ever!

A truly amazing property - all rooms welcome u to stay with window lightning and a really comfortable bed. Super spacious for 6 adults - no stress due to 3 bathrooms:) The pool is super nice for relaxing pool days and refreshing after 30C sun. The garden is super nice and hides u from all others around. Barbeque at the pool with family and friends around in the evening and drinks and snacks downtown nearby the beach of carvoeiro - Won't miss that! Everything is working ok - some kitchen equipment could get an update but no need to complain - just take some time to get used to oven etc.:) We defiantly will return to that location! Just 2 Words to say - DING DONG!!! :)

Perfect family villa

We had a fantastic time at Villa Luzerna and it was ideal choice for a group of friends as it is very spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large sitting room and with small children there are no stairs within the villa. The garden and pool were also beautifully maintained.

Stunning villa

Beautiful villa in the perfect location just outside carvoeiro. The villa was really spacious with a gorgeous garden and the perfect place to relax for our two families. It was even better than it looks in the pictures and definitely the nicest villa we’ve stayed in

Miami à Carvoeiro

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette superbe propriété. Tout était parfait. Annabella a su être présente et répondre aux différentes questions et en terme de réactivité cela été appréciable. Concernant la propriété, celle-ci est très bien située non loin du centre ville des falaises (promenade le long des falaises à 7min à pied de la maison) et très spacieuse. La maison dégage un sentiment de bien être avec les oiseaux et la vue magnifique sur le jardin paysagé de la propriété. Une mention spéciale pour la femme de ménage qui a été superbe et très professionnelle. La piscine quant à elle est superbe et agréable. Merci pour cet agréable moment.

Férias em familia

Ficamos com boa impressão geral, salientando o agradável espaço exterior; a piscina bem cuidada. O interior da casa apenas " peca" pela luz deficitária. Não nos agradou o facto de parte da comunicação ser feita em ingles, para clientes Portugueses.

Semana muy agradable

Salvo la cocina, muy anticuada y una nevera que enfría poco, el resto muy bien. Un servicio de limpieza 3 veces a la semana. Se ve el mar desde la azotea, pero poca infraestructura para disfrutarlo. La playa entre 10/15 minutos en coche y no fácil aparcar. Anabela, la responsable comercial, muy atenta, dispuesta a solucionar incidencias y con fácil servicio de entrada con todas las prevenciones Covid-19. Volveremos

Enjoyable stay in Carvoeiro

We had an amazing time at the villa, the location was great close to Portimão, Alvor and Lagos although you need a car to get around. The Villa was perfect for 2 families with young children and a few issues we had were quickly resolved by the management company.

Zeer mooie villa op een hele mooie locatie met echt alle benodigdheden. Zowel de schoonmaak als de snelle service van Grainer (Anabela) is perfect. Echt een aanrader!

Casa luzerna

We had a fantastic hoilday, couldn’t fault it at all. The villa is beautiful, it could use a bit of attention here and there... but that would be picking faults . It served us well for the week... we had fun playing bat and ball and bowls on the lawn... we cooked lovely meals on the bbq ..and we had trouble getting the kids out of the pool. It’s a bit of a hike into town ...which I knew before , so no complaints. We used Uber and the local taxis ... which was very cheap and were no problem at all. Would I stay here again ? Yes ! In a heartbeat. I didn’t want to leave 😂

Enjoyable stay

Property is in need of some TLC in places, furniture covers, paintwork, kitchen. Would be helpful if a welcome pack was supplied as there are no immediate stores to hand (bread, water, coffee/tea, milk). Should make clients aware that there is an excellent restaurant just down the road, Cozinha do Ato. Great value and quality. If you are visiting for the town, it is a bit of a walk or taxi ride. There was no need for us to contact the property manager, other than the arranged 1st day and last day

Another lovely holiday in the Algarve!

A large property with a fantastic garden, pool area and courtyard with BBQ. Very friendly cleaner who visits every week day. The inside of the property does require redecoration in places.

Fantastic!

We've visited Carvoeiro many times in the past but this villa was the best we've stayed in so far. The garden was great for the kids to play in and the pool was easy to monitor whilst they were splashing about. The house was also well stocked with all the usual bits and bobs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa without question.
