Quiet 3-bedroom upper suite with private entrance, located in the central Ladner. Perfect for family to stay.
Please note: This suite is on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our house. A separate entrance is at the south side. The family of host lives on the 1st floor.

-Brand new kitchen.
-Independent laundry included.
-284 sf master bedroom with walk-in closet and ensuite washroom.
-Two 3rd floor guest bedrooms with queen size beds, sharing a full ensuite washroom.
-Each bedroom has its own balcony, in addition to the beautiful and huge patio on the 2nd floor which you can enjoy your coffee and the breath-taking green view.
-Free parking is available on the property, at the front.
-This spacious house is great for both small or large groups.
