Villa sleeps up to 6 (maximum 4 adults) and is ideal for families or couples looking for a relaxed, comfortable holiday in the sun. Private sun terrace with sun loungers and patio furniture. Children's pool and large attractive swimming pool just outside your patio! Safe sandy beach and seawater lagoon a few minutes walk. Pool bar with tasty snacks beside heated swimming pool.

The complex also has a comprehensive supermarket, gym (at an extra cost), restaurants and bars! If you wish to go further within 10 minutes walk you have a huge choice of attractive shops,well priced restaurants and friendly bars.

What a great location,minutes from the beach.we had a very relaxing holiday travelling around the island or just chilling on the sunny terrace with a book.Be warned the pool is freezing!!

Lovely host!

The apartment is located on a lovely plaza with sun on the terrace. The apartment had everything needed for a lovely stay. Keith the owner is super responsive and very helpful.

Relaxing holiday

Self contained villa has everything you need for a great holiday. We had a wonderful time in this little villa that opens out onto the pool. It has a patio area just outside which means you have a private area to relax in and don’t have to be by the pool all the time. House has everything you need including a dish water and washing machine.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic apartment , everything you need . Great plaza .. Amerilla certainly a favourite .. Keith was a great host good communication .. sands beach is just lovely .. clean.. safe and friendly .. lovely walk into square and the beach .. a 15 to 20 minute stroll lots of bars snd restaurants on the way .. we loved it will definitely be back

It’s difficult to find places for a family with 4 children but this place was perfect. It had everything including a washing machine so we were able to travel light. Keith was fantastic at communication and really helpful. Check in and out were easy. Lots of towels provided. Kitchen had everything we needed to self cater. Highly recommend. We will definitely be returning.

Really nice apartment on lovely complex

Enjoyed our stay in this apartment on Sands Beach Resort. Nice friendly quiet complex and not too far to walk into town with loads of bars and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host Keith was helpful and quick to respond.

had a great holiday, apartment is very nice ok it is a bit dated but the facilities are very good.had a bit of a problem with the dust from the building work but that’s not the owners fault , I will be booking again

Sands beach

The apartment is well equipped. , the back bedroom bed is very comfy and clean The apartment was well equipped , My only concern was the patio door ( needs a new one ) as it had a gap to the side and taped up The pull down bed needs a mattress protector as the under sheet had worn Outside chairs broken Extra coolers required, With these small adaptations the apartment could be rented at a higher price as it boasts the sunny side of the pool to which is an added bonus and I would definitely return on completion

A nice very well equipped villa on a good well run resort.

We had a lovely holiday from start to finish. Arrived at mid-day to find the villa already prepared for us, and checked in with a friendly and very helpful receptionist. In fact we couldn't fault any of the resort staff throughout our stay. The villa was clean, in good condition overall and was the best equipped self catering accommodation we have experienced. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. The villa has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. It also has a decent sized fridge/freezer which we found invaluable, as we actually do mainly self cater. The resort is kept immaculate throughout and although busy was never too noisy. The bar, restaurants and shop were fine, but rather more expensive than alternatives a few minutes walk away. Overall we were very pleased and hope to return in the not too far future. Sands Beach 2023

Property in serious need of update. Doors to property needing new lock , to lock properly you had to leave a small gap. Strong smell of sewage in bathroom which eased as week went on but needing looked at, when reception were approached they weren’t interested as it was a private property. Beach towels seen better days, beds ok but again could do with a refresh First night daughter awoke with a cockroach on her face, this could happen anywhere but still not a nice experience for her. Love the Sands Complex and will visit again but just not to this apartment.

Lovely and relaxing stay

Keith is a wonderful host, very responsive and attentive. The property is well maintained, clean and fantastically equipped - there is everything you need to enjoy your holiday in Costa Teguise. Comfy beds, a nice spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge... Literally there was nothing we needed that wasn't there - bottle openers, a microwave, hobs, pans, pots, glassware, cookware etc etc. Even a beach parasol and beach towels! In front of the villa there is a big swimming pool and a small children pool. A few steps away there is a lido and a beach bar where a nice party takes place every Saturday - but worry not, you can't hear it from the apartment and it finishes at 12pm. You can also enjoy your day or relax at the patio, where we would eat breakfast every day. Location of Sands Beach is very convenient, too - there are some bars and a supermarket right within the resort and a short stroll away (10min at most) you find yourself next to the main beach with a selection of tens of restaurants, pubs and bars. Further 5min away and you are at the traditional central market bustling with places to drink and eat. Amazing! We would return in a blink and will recommend to our friends.

Nice place

Property is well located on Sands Beach, with both a smaller pool and the larger one on the doorstep. The patio captures the sun just about the whole day. There is a quarry at the back of the complex this is hardly heard from this property, just the occasional rumble as the lorries are filled with stone and we didn't experience any of the dust mentioned on one other property reviews. Apartment itself is a little tired but that said it was comfortable, clean and well stocked in the kitchen should you wish to prepare your own meals. There are plenty of bars and restaurants a short walk from the complex. We haven't used the restaurant on site as prefer to head up to the square, 15 minutes walk. We have been to Sands on many occasions, there is a gym on site and plenty of pools, one of which is the heated pool used for training as opposed for fun. There is a bike hire shop on site, which is well stocked with a variety of bikes and a tennis court, rackets and balls can be hired from reception. Small shop on site for the essentials, and there are plenty of smaller supermarkets in the town. There is a small beach by the complex and a much larger sandier beach nearer the centre, approx 15 minute walk. If you hire a car, there is a large car park, chem with reception on charges.

Er was veel schimmel op het plafond. Het zou wel schoongemaakt zijn. Gezien de nog steeds aanwezige hoge vochtigheidsgraad lijkt dat ons niet juist. De buren (eigenaren) meldden ons dat de 2 voorgaande huurders binnen enkele dagen vertrokken waren terwijl ze veel langer zouden blijven.

Complexe hôtelier propre, belles piscines à disposition , proche plage et ville Concernant le logement, grand et bien situé.Par contre, quelques travaux à prévoir pour qu’il soit parfait (prise décollée, meubles cuisine…) Propreté à revoir concernant la vaisselle et l’intérieur des meubles de cuisineUne cafetière aurait été appréciée.À part ces petites choses à améliorer, nous avons passé un très bon séjour!
