Steps to the beach. Newly remodeled 450 sq. foot studio with junior commercial kitchen including all amenities and granite counter tops. Screened in outdoor lanai with marina view. Walk to the beach in just a couple of minutes. Stroll down Park Shore Boulevard to see the beautiful homes and restaurants on the beach, 1 mile to the LaPlaya restaurant, 1.3 miles to the Turtle Club and Buzz's Lighthouse Restaurants. Also, The Beach Box Cafe features live music daily and is across the street from Vanderbilt Beach. The marina is right outside the front door where you can fish along the docks or inter-coastal waterway, and located next door to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Features heated community swimming pool. Sleeps 2 people with queen size Murphy bed. Full size living area, over sized lounge chairs. comfortable lanai seating.

I arrived to this beautiful, neat, safe, comfortable , and upgraded studio that had everything I needed. Beach just min walk away, and absolutely fantastic. Shops are around also. My trip was much more than I originally expected!!! Hostess is just very honest and amazing. Thank you

The studio is exactly as pictured with a quiet view of the waterway & just steps to the gulf beach. I stayed & worked from the location & it all worked well. I’d highly recommend. Ty!

Deception at its best

We stayed at this location 6/24-30/21 knowing the forecast was rain and that was fine because the amenities in the ad listed all we needed. Upon check in and the tour with the owner, we were first told to tell people we were family visiting because they were no longer supposed to rent out their place by the week. That made us uncomfortable to be told to lie. iMany things were not as the owners had advertised. When we met the owner at check in she gave us a tour of the condo. There was a note on the side by side fridge that said not to open the right door as it was broken. It was inconvenient because we were not able to even get a pizza box in the fridge without opening both doors. Due to the inconvenience and not knowing when it would get fixed, we fixed the fridge door at no cost to them. Next the ad pic that showed the beach….on the tour we were informed just to get to the beach we had to walk back up the road and go around the trees and back down the next road and we’d see the beach. It was advertised as steps to the beach and showed the entrance right there. It was close to a mile walk including a fee to get through the gate. What we found out later from someone who stayed in the other condos down a ways, it was their owner’s condo that this pic was from and it literally was steps from the beach and pretty much right out their door (not the same owners we rented from). Next was the pic that showed a washer and dryer in the condo just as their ad read. On the tour we found the laundry room was down the hall and around the corner and we had to wait for others to finish washing and drying before we could use the 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire floor of tenants. Again the ad stated it had a washer and dryer but they chose to leave out the important details that they were not in the condo. The ad also noted cable. This was important to us in knowing full well it was going to be raining a lot of our vacation. We had maybe 4 channels. When I checked with the owner during our stay she stated they got the most basic channels. . As far as the internet that was also advertised we were never able to connect to it. The worst part was when I sat in 1 of the 2 LR chairs, I had bug bites all over. I mentioned it to the owner that before they rent it again they might want to spray the place. One bite area was the size of a softball. We asked to be credited for the inconvenienc/deception and Very disappointed. We will definitely not rent from them

Guests please read the other reviews we have had. You had a bad experience but there is no deception here. I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with your experience. It was unfortunate the refrigerator door broke the day before you arrived. I did not think that I should have canceled your reservation with a days notice. The other door worked and we were going to fix it. You were were very nice when you said you knew how to fix it if I wanted to just go buy some metal glue. I thanked for such an easy fix. When you arrived I mentioned that we had a problem with a previous guest who stayed just a week I did not ask you to lie that you were our guest for the week. The pictures and description you described in your complaint were not our pictures or description. Never had a picture of washer dryer in unit. In our description it says steps to the beach, and it's just a few minutes walk to the beach. The photo of the path to the beach is just a block away from the condo. You can see from the main photo how close the beach is, the first set of buildings. There is no fee to get to the beach, The state park charges a fee but the public beach walk way is right before you enter the state park with no fee. It is just a block from the condo, if you pay to go through the park then it's a farther walk, your choice. The cable is basic and worked and if you you had any problems with the internet you never told me, I had 2 different wifi's. Most importantly when you said there were bugs that bit you in the chairs, I said that it was likely the no see-um bugs at the beach which were very bad because of the rain. They don't itch right away and you don't even know when they bite. We have never had bugs bite complaints so I stayed in the condo for 2 nights after you left and sat in the chairs you mentioned, there were no bugs. No other complaints about our unit. You wanted a refund but we saw no reason for it.

A Wonderful February Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here- Bluebill Beach a three-minute walk away, pontoon rides galore, and easy access to great restaurants and shopping. The property was well-maintained and attractive. Our host was a delight- knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful.

Beautiful get away

The condo was very well equipped and location was the best. Just a short walk to the beach. The host were fantastic and very friendly and informative. I would recommend this property for any couple looking for a relaxed get away at the beach.
