Beautiful detached house of 120m2 with 8 beds on two levels. Located 1.7 km from the beach of Hendaye, 500 meters from the Basque Corniche, shuttle to the beach 100 meters, 12 minutes from the beach by bike (bike path), 10 minutes drive from the Spanish border.

Garden sports and fence full south of 600m2, 2 terraces, 1 under a large porch with garden table, chairs, barbecue, deck chairs.

Large car park for parking cars. Wifi access with fiber optic and tv. Ideal place of residence for 2 couples with children or a group of 3 couples of friends and more.

Composition of the house:

     In the DRC:

     A fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster.

A large living room with sofa bed (140cm bed), dining room with a table for 8 people overlooking garden.

A room in Rdc (bed of 150cm) with cupboards and in suite shower room (Italian shower).

     UPSTAIRS :

     2 large bedrooms with each dressing room: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140cm, and the other with 2 single beds (80x190). The size of the rooms makes it possible to stay there with pleasure, guaranteeing the independence of each and everyone.
