Hermosa casa actualizada con vista de pantano personalizada en tranquila calle sin salida en el exclusivo barrio de Crooked Creek. Todas las habitaciones tienen baño privado. Master Suite tiene un baño ENORME. Este baño tiene una gran ducha de azulejos personalizados y bañera de hidromasaje. El dormitorio principal también tiene un balcón privado para tomar el sol o observar la vida silvestre nativa.

Cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye platos, ollas y sartenes, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, etc. La habitación familiar cuenta con un bar con fregadero, máquina de hielo y techos abovedados. Marsh view porche proyectado con ventiladores de techo, adyacente a la sala familiar para disfrutar de los cambios de marea y coloridos atardeceres.

El primer dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales. La segunda habitación tiene una cama queen. Ambas habitaciones tienen baño privado adjunto. Una habitación de invitados también tiene un porche privado con vistas al patio trasero del pantano.

Televisores de pantalla plana en salón y dormitorios. Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad también disponible.

Porche, comedor y cocina cuentan con una hermosa vista del pantano. Las familias de los ciervos generalmente se pueden ver en el patio trasero. El acceso a la playa está a poca distancia.

Las familias son bienvenidas Sin embargo, el arrendatario principal debe ser mayor de 25 años. No hay grupos universitarios o fiestas.

El alquiler incluye 2 tarjetas de servicios. Se pueden comprar hasta 4 tarjetas adicionales por $ 50 cada una. Para disfrutar de los múltiples complejos de piscinas, campos de golf y restaurantes, se requieren tarjetas de cortesía para todos los huéspedes mayores de 12 años.

Wonderful Place

We love staying here. We are return guests! Great place to stay. Make sure you rent a golf cart because it is the best way to get around Fripp.

Great Vacation Home!

This house was so comfy! It had so much kitchenware and everything in the home was well cared for. Anytime we needed anything, the property owner and managers were very quick to respond and act.

Perfect Quiet Getaway

This is a phenomenal location and overall property on Fripp! It's a quiet street near Davis Love Park and near the Ocean Creek Golf Course. It's also close to the activity center and the Veranda Beach Club. Just an overall great central location. Great size for a family of 4 - 6 as well! We will definitely consider this property again!

Perfect Location!

We love that this house is on a quiet street yet close to all amenities. The park/playground at the end of the street was an added bonus. Also loved the privacy of the upstairs master suite to have an oasis away from the grandkids. Enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard from the screened porch and private upstairs balcony.

Best place on Fripp

We fell in love with Fripp as soon as we drove on the island. The palm trees and lagoons make it feel like a tropical paradise, and the house was the perfect home base. Definitely rent a golf cart to get around the island! That was key to getting to and from the beach and pools. The house was very clean, updated, and stocked with all the kitchen items I needed for cooking.

Amazing!

Perfect house for me and three kids. Son had the basketball court right around the corner and girls enjoyed exploring the island on the bikes. The best part was winding down the day with my own sanctuary upstairs with my own private balcony.

nature at its best

We loved staying here! It was the perfect getaway for us and our daughter as she decided last minute to stay with us for Spring Break instead of venturing off with friends to their cabin on a river in FL. Of course the COVID-19 had a lot more to do with it! LOL. The rented golf cart was a perfect activity for self distancing. The home was immaculate and the color pallet was very soothing. We had a gorgeous view of the field/marsh. We loved seeing the deer come up for a visit. The unit had everything we needed. I loved the huge shower! We hope to stay here again in the future!

The perfect house

Lisa’s house was everything we were hoping for and more. The location is great with kids, half block from playground. We loved the marsh view every morning on the private screened in porch. We had several kids and the house had so much for them. Disney plus, tvs in each room, board games, puzzles, kid and adult bikes. We loved the nice beach chairs to use and boogie boards for the kids. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was a hit with the kids after a long day at the beach. I personally liked the huge walk in 3 head shower. I felt like I was at the spa! The kitchen was also stocked well with everything we needed. Thank you Lisa for sharing your beautiful home, we had the best week at Fripp! We will be back!

Wonderfully Relaxing!

We really enjoyed our family vacation at this beautiful home! The home was well equipped, very comfortable, and conveniently situated. It provided plenty of room for the family. Though I had thought we wouldn't be using the washer and dryer, it turned out to be a huge benefit and the fact that there was a separate laundry area kept the house quiet and clutter-free. The master bathroom was awesome - loved the shower!! The playground was located just a quick walk away, which was wonderful for entertaining our granddaughter. The pools, restaurants, activity center, and the beach on the island are all only a short drive away. We also made time to go into Beaufort and spent a day at the beach on Hunting Island (awesome!). The host was very easy to communicate with when planning the trip. I will say, however, that there was no need for any further communication once we arrived as everything was perfect! Thank you so much for sharing your home, Lisa. Thanks also for the welcome gift. Certainly not expected but definitely very thoughtful and appreciated!

This was our annual trip to Fripp Island, and we always have a great time. The house had everything we needed; it was well equipped for fun at the beach. The porch is ideal for relaxing and reading. It's just a short walk to the park. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 adults.

We love the house at 14 Crooked Creek!

The house is nestled on a quiet street, with a beautiful view in the back from the screened in porch. The kitchen was very accommodating for cooking; there was everything I needed to fix good meals. We loved everything about it and hope to come back next year!

Excellent, well equipped property

We had a wonderful time at this house. It had everything you would want to eat, drink and cook in the kitchen. The front door keypad eliminates having to worry about a key. House was spotless. Location was great. September is a perfect time to visit Fripp and we recommend 14 Crooked Creek for a great stay! Thanks Lisa!!

Labor day family trip

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Highlights were definitely the ample supply of bicycles and beach chairs/supplies and the large screened in porch where we spent all our mornings and evenings. The living room furniture was also cozy and comfy. The layout in this home is wonderful and the stairs are very manageable. The large garage fit all our cars, which was great! The open concept and the living area is wonderful and the ice machine at the wet bar was so perfect. It filled our cooler daily! The location is also very convenient to pools and the beach and on a quiet street. The beds could use a pillow topper to make them a little more comfortable, and it would be fun to have more board games for family time on rainy days. The master closet is locked so there is no where to hang clothes upstairs but it is a very large bedroom, so we made do just fine. The kitchen pantry is also locked so we did have trouble finding space for all of our snacks and items we brought, but we may do. Overall an amazing property and communication with the owners was superb!

Very nice house and had a good supply of needed items.

Beautiful house. Had to call property manager twice to get the door locks fixed up with new batteries but she was on her way back into town the first time and may have forgotten to stop over. Which is ok. She was prompt and very polite the second time.

Easter weekend

We came down over Easter weekend. The owner was great to deal with. Home was as described. The home was very clean and well taken care of. This area is our favorite section of the island as I feel you are centrally located. We would rent this home again.

Wonderful island getaway

This beach house was a perfect place our family of 5 at the beach. Great views at sunset. Close enough for the kids to ride bikes to the beach, pool, playground and nature center. The house was very well kept and furnished. Communication, check in and out were easy. We really enjoyed our time in this house. Thanks for the opportunity.

Fripp Island has always held a special place in my heart. I spent my childhood summers here — barefoot, sun-kissed, and surrounded by the peaceful rhythm of island life. As an adult, our family eventually sold our Fripp home and moved to Folly Beach. We loved the excitement and energy of Folly for a while — the nightlife, the bustle, the endless activity.

But as our family grew and we welcomed grandchildren, my heart began to pull me back to the quiet beauty and slower pace of Fripp Island. I missed the deer at dawn, the winding bike paths, and the way the sunsets paint the marsh in gold.

After fifteen years away, we finally made it back — home to Fripp. Now, we’re thrilled to share this special place with others who appreciate its peaceful charm, natural beauty, and timeless family memories waiting to be made.

Location, location, location! Our home sits on a quiet side street in the beautiful Crooked Creek neighborhood — peaceful and private, yet just minutes from everything Fripp Island has to offer.

We’re close to the golf course, Cabana Club pools, and the children’s playground and park with volleyball courts, swings, and some of the island’s most beautiful sunset views.

Each morning and evening, deer wander through our backyard, adding to the magic and serenity of the setting. The private upstairs master suite offers a stunning marsh view and its own balcony — the perfect place to relax, read, or simply watch the tides change.

Our favorite spot, though, is the screened porch — a peaceful retreat to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the sounds of nature and taking in everything that makes Fripp Island so special.

My husband and I are avid fishermen, so we especially love spending time at Wardle’s Landing pier or surf fishing along the shoreline.
