Doorstep skiing guaranteed, this apartment is situated on the belle plagne piste, in the lower part of Belle Plagne (Residence Onyx) 22 sqm studio apartment consisting of a small hallway with storage, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. There is a balcony that has a table and two chairs. Located on the 5th floor the balcony looks over towards the Col de Forcle drag lift and the Grand Rochette beyond. It is in a quiet location and yet only 5 minute walk to the centre of Belle Plagne with its welcoming bars and restaurants. The apartment gets the afternoon sun and the views from the balcony are stunning.

Lovely apartment

We really loved our time in this apartment. Brilliant location and just perfect for the three of us. All the shops were easy to access (supermarket, ski hire, boulangerie, lift pass, restaurants etc) - most just a 5 minute walk away. The ease of ski in/ski out was much appreciated by all of us and we really enjoyed exploring the La Plagne area.

Very nice apartment in Belle Plagne with sunny exposition and beautiful view on the slopes.It can be a bit difficult to find the building but we managed thanks to the instructions provided. The place is very clean, well equipped and close to the slopes/shops.Peter & Ann have been very responsive whenever we had a question.

A Gem of an Apartment

La Plagne skiing trip

A lovely cozy apartment, perfect for skiing from the door, and with very easy access to the shops (small supermarket, ski hire etc) in Belle Plagne. More spacious than it seemed from the pictures, and the bed was very straightforward to put up and down. The owners responded very quickly and helpfully to queries we had.

A superb skiing holiday

This comfortable and compact studio apartment overlooks ski slopes and has beautiful views from the windows and the balcony. It is a ski in/ski out property and has its own ski locker close to the snow access. It has a small but well equipped kitchen. A bathroom with shower over bath and constant hot water. The beds are very comfortable. We found it easier to leave them made up once we had figured out how to do it. We had an extremely enjoyable week there with glorious weather (not guaranteed) and the apartment was always a pleasure to return to. Another bonus is that it gets the afternoon sun so is always warm and welcoming.

Emplacement génial. Ski aux pieds en bas du chalet le top. Logement idéal pour 2 avec éventuellement un enfant. Bémols Il faut laisser le logement propre comme on l’a trouvé mais très peu de produits ménagers donc en réalité pas super nickel. Sinon rien a dire logement conforme aux photos.

Peter and Ann Fitzpatrick are keen skiers coming to La Plagne for the first time in 1991. They have skied La Plagne every season since 2002. They live in Eastbourne, East Sussex. They adore the Savoie and Haute Savoie regions and feel completely at home in the wonderful Belle Plagne resort.

Why they chose this property

The lower part of Belle Plagne is a superb location for all types of skiers and boarders. The apartments in these blocks rarely come up for sale, especially the south facing ones. This is a cosy studio apartment and yet welcoming.
