The home has a lovely quiet and private back garden with outdoor seating and a hot tub and has back entrance with parking for three to four cars which is extremely valuable given the limited parking in town.

Area attractions include Shakespeare's birthplace, Royal shakespeare theatre, Warwick Castle, Worcester and Coventry Cathedrals, whilst nearby are many beautiful National Trust houses and gardens including Coughton Court, Ragley Hall, Charlecote Manor, Welcombe Hotel. There is also boating on the river Avon and gliding facilities nearby.
