Bare 3 miles nord finder du Marineland, hvor du kan tilbringe en dag med at svømme med delfinerne, snorkle eller dykke i det, der nu er den eneste 450.000 gallon, der er fodret med havet, i landet, en vidunderlig oplevelse.

So great I don't want anyone to know!

The cleanest and most well- stocked short-term rental in our history of traveling. You will feel at home & at ease during your stay! Not one issue! You feel like you are staying at a friends home on the beach. I also own rentals & I picked up so many tips from Susan on how I can be a better host. Thank you so much!!

Us and Pups

Susan was easy to work with which is a plus as we are VRBO pros😁 I would say if you are going in the European Villages or Metro Diner buy the “Pass” $10 for 10 trips through toll smarter than paying $2 each time! Highly recommend “Mezzaluna “ delicious ❤️ House was clean needs a little love. Close to beaches, St. Augustine, Daytona etc. Easy access from interstate. WiFi worked excellent and tons of TVs channels Spectrum cable weather was perfect 😁 Thank you! Palm Coast is a very nice area. Very quiet at least in October ✔️

K9 Family Dream Getaway

The house was perfectly situated in a quiet area literally minutes from the beach. Due to recent storms the access on our street was washed away and closed but there was several other access points nearby. Fenced in backyard was perfect for afternoon play for the pups after long walks on the dog friendly beaches. The biggest challenge with traveling with dogs is finding a clean, quiet place to stay near beaches that allow dogs. Additionally the house had everything from coffee maker and fully equipped kitchen to bathroom with hair dryer and q tips. The hot tub was amazing and allowed for my husband to watch sports while soaking in the tub. Susan was an amazing host. Everything about booking, payments, check in and checking out was easy. The hardest part was actually having to leave as we would have loved yo stay longer. We definitely will be back as we can consider this our new “home away from home”. If I could give more stars I would.

Cute vacation home 6 minute walk to beach, right down road. 1. Clean 2. Comfortable beds 3. Awesome showers. Great water pressure. 4. Kitchen has everything you need to make dinners, coffee, breakfast etc... 5. Quiet neighborhood. Nice people. 6. Wonderful quiet back yard. 7. Air conditioner, worked great 8. Close to everything, even coffee, and shopping. 9. Beach was amazing. Private and quiet. 10. Not a party neighborhood. Perfectly perfect. 11. Perfect for family, beach toys, toys, games etc... 12. Lovely decor, up to date, modern. 13. Cable TV 14. Coffee maker!!!! Yay. Lol

Home Sweet Home

Sweet little cottage, reminded me of going to my grandma’s house. Comfortable and cozy, great location near the ocean and good restaurants.

This home is filthy and not as advertised

Pros: The location is within walking distance of the beach (.4 mi) and the entrance to the state park (.5 mi). The kitchen is well stocked, and the appliances are in working order. The TV setup is good with some DVDs supplied. There is also a large selection of games along with bikes, beach carts and beach toys. Cons: The house is filthy with a thick coating of dust everywhere. The sliding glass door is hard to move because the rails are full of dirt. There is mildew in the showers and the house has an awful musty smell. Something is living in the ceiling crawlspace that can be heard moving around in the early morning hours. There is a lot of rotting wood and holes in the siding. The photos online showed a nice home with hard flooring in every room. In reality, there are dirty peel and stick carpet squares in the living room, hallway and two bedrooms. The house is infested with ants. We ended up storing all food items in the refrigerator (after we cleaned it). Ant traps, bug spray and bug bombs were found stored all over the house. Anyone who owns a home in Florida honestly needs professional pest control. There are holes in the back fence. This presents a danger to children and pets since the house is near a busy highway. The plants are overgrown and provide a nice hiding place for snakes. The outdoor furniture, decking and porches had not been cleaned in months. In general, the home is dilapidated and misrepresented. We have photo evidence. PLEASE, DO NOT RENT!

Exceptional Property

Absolutely perfect. We stayed with our grandson and three of his friends. They loved it. The beach is very private. The house came equipped with boards for the beach. Everything was at the house that we needed and Publix nearby as well as plenty of places to eat. It's a perfect place to stay.

Family Vacay

We had a great time and everything was provided by the host to ensure that we had a good experience. The cottage was clean and comfortable with plenty of towels, hot water, and everything else you needed. We did run out toilet paper and paper towels very quickly but made a store run and replaced. I love that they provide all the beach stuff you could need, it made things so nice and much easier. We just really liked the central location and easy beach access as well as the fenced yard for the puppers. It made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience for the whole family. Thank you for having us a second time. Would definitely recommend.

"Cozy" fits the property

Walk to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to everything. Walk to the beach twice a day and relax in the beautiful home. Very clean would definitely recommend and will definitely come back!

Great Vacation Spot

Susan was great to work with. House was exactly as pictured. This house is great for families. Has a "kids" room which is fun. TVs in each bedroom. Two great porches to sit and hangout. You can walk to the beach. Is a little far but doable depending on your sitation. Susan also suggested another beach which is a much closer walk. She was very easy going. When I'm in the area again will most definitely be looking to stay again!

Nice getaway

Quiet and relaxing place to stay. Plenty of room, with everything you might need. Enjoyed location- not far from the beach, also plenty of places to take a hike/or bike ride. Also,one morning walk on the beach we had jumping dolphins join us as we walked along! So fun!

Holiday beach getaway.

Third visit to this wonderful, cozy property. Had everything you need in an ideal location. Quick walk to the beach and great access to A1A. We hope to stay again next year!

Very quiet and cozy beachside cottage

Everything was as advertised and is even cozier than the pictures look. Susan was a great host and quick to answer any of our questions. The beach is a quick walk down the street and very quiet. There were lots of board games to choose from too that we enjoyed playing. Would definitely book again.

My name is Susan, my husband Joe and I live in St. Augustine, about a half hour away from the rental. We own this house with my brother Rob and his family, and my sister Linda and her family. We inherited it from our parents, when they passed away. The house has been in our family since the late 80s. We renovated and fixed it up to short term rent in 2007. Vacation renting was the best way to afford maintaining it for all of us to use and enjoy. So our rental is basically a second home for the whole family. We all use it when it's not rented. My husband Joe is a building contractor, we (all of us) physically did all the work ourselves, kids, brother in law, sister, more kids, me, etc... My sister Linda and I found all the furniture second hand, from the paint to the curtains to the deco on the walls, was all found at thrift stores, yard sales, etc... And it's stocked with everything you could possibly need. We're just a half hour away and want to pack clothes and food and not have to bring anything else. Everything in the house is there for you to use when you hang out there. When you rent it, consider you're friends of the family using our house. Enjoy it as we do.
