Suuri jääkaappi, astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni, kaasuliesi, pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, keskusilmastointi, kattotuuletin kaikissa huoneissa. Master makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode. Makuuhuoneessa 2 on queen-size-vuode. Makuuhuoneessa 3 on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Seinästä seinään kokolattiamatto. Täysin kaakeloitu kylpyhuone. Ulkogrilli, oleskelutilakalusteet edessä kuistilla. Koti sijaitsee pienessä rauhallisessa lomakaupungissa. Koti on noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä kaupungista.

If we owned a beach house, it would be this one!

This home has it ALL! One would never know it's been a rental since 2008. Furniture, appliances, carpeting, baths, all modern amenities were in "mint" condition! Perfect location in our favorite beach town. IMPECCABLY CLEAN! Joe, the owner ,has thought of everything. At one point I thought I had him as I needed a measuring cup to make coffee (in one of the two different size peculators), but sure enough, there they were, complete with measuring spoons too. We wanted for nothing and were made to feel like family. We own a B&B so we are quite picky when it comes to traveling. I must say I learned a thing or two from Joe. Thanks for a great week!

Impressive, Immaculate, Irresistible!

My family has been renting in Lavallette for nearly 50 years. This was the best rental we've ever had! It's convenient to beach and start of boardwalk. We didn't even need sandals to walk from house to beach! House is spotless. Well-kept inside and outside. Owners, Joe and Kathy, are super friendly and accommodating. Neighbors are great too! TV in each room along with special controls for central AC so all are comfortable. 2 bathrooms inside along with outside bathroom to use after a day at the beach. Nice kitchen appliances and plenty of space to spread out. We are looking forward to renting this unit again next summer.

fabulous and super clean

We normally stay in Ortley, but after Sandy, the house we rented was destroyed so we took a chance and rented from Joe and so glad we did. First, Joe couldn't be any nicer, just a great guy. The house is located in a great area. 5 houses from the beach and a short walk for ice cream! The kids loved it! The place is so clean and totally updated and it was nice having 2 bathrooms in the house for 5 people! If you're thinking about renting this home, stop thinking and just do it!

Awesome Vacation Home

Had a fantastic time at this vacation rental. The house was immaculate as promised and was just enough room for my two daughters and I, with occasional visitors. The owners, Joe and Kathy, truly want to make sure your vacation is wonderful, they were extremely accommodating. Everything was in working order, including the grill, which is not always my experience! The house is well equipped with everything you need for the beach, to grill and entertain, or just to relax. Mattresses were very comfortable, and there was more than enough space for storing clothes. The landscaping is beautiful and well tended to by Joe. The boardwalk begins at top of street, making it perfect for a morning walk or jog. Close to the center of town for shopping or dining out. Definitely a great time, would recommend it to others for sure. Good for young families, families with older members (no inside stairs). My only wish for this house is an outside patio table for dining al fresco.

Great Vacation Home

We just stayed at this great home and miss it already. The home was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The central air was great as well as ceiling fans in each room. The owner Joe was very welcoming and truly wants the renters to have everything needed to have a wonderful vacation. We have been coming to Lavallette for 15 years and this is the nicest house we have stayed in. Looking forward to renting again next year.

We had a wonderful time

My family and I just finished a one week stay at this home and we were very pleased with everything, The house was exactly as described, we thought it was the nicest home on the block. The location is perfect, right next to the beach and the beginning of the Boardwalk. It is convenient to walk right to the beach or take a walk to the bay side. There are many things to do within walking distance. My three children and friends loved everything about the house. It was clean, comfortable, had cable TV in each room, and good appliances; the the air conditioner kept the home cool during the hottest day of the year. The owner. Joe is very helpful without being at all intrusive. I would highly recommend this home and plan to rent there again next year.

Great House, Wonderful Owners= Great Experience

The home was great--clean,comfortable and close to the beach--and Joe, Kathy and Andre made the experience memorable. My mother, age 94, and I thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks there. We departed with enduring memories not only of precious time together, and with friends, but also with the feeling of having made life-long friends with our gracious and thoughtful hosts.

Best Spot in Lavallette!

My family and I spent a wonderful 2 weeks here. The location is perfect and the house is immaculate and well appointed. Joe and Kathy are warm, pleasant people who made us feel right at home. Ortley Ave. has the nicest beach in Lavallette whether you want to swim, boogie board or fish. My husband caught dinner several times! A great summer vacation spot!

Great home, great owner

This was our first experience of renting on the Jersey Shore and we made the decision based on what was on this site. Joe could not have been more helpful and amenable, and all without intruding - he even lent our 7 year old a better skateboard. The house is immaculate and better equipped than you could hope for. Perfectly located at the end of the Boardwalk. We just wish there were more restaurants within walking distance and that someone had told us that many of them are BYOB (not something you encounter in NY)! We will be back!

Tampa Family's Jersey Shore Vacation

This was my family's first time renting down the Shore. The apartment was immaculate and very roomy. We stayed there with our three children (6, 4 & 2). There was plenty of room and all of the furniture was in great shape and extremely comfortable. The house is right at the beginning of the boardwalk, and my children enjoyed walking along the beach everyday. We were in close proximity to both Seaside Heights and Point Pleasant, where the kids enjoyed riding rides, playing miniature golf, and shopping at the candy stores. Joe and his wife were very helpful and easy going. We never heard them upstairs and it was great having them close by, especially when I couldn't figure out exactly how to turn the oven on. Joe came down right away to help. His home and his family are both very lovely, and we would highly recommend renting this home. Steps to the ocean, great front porch, outdoor bathroom, beautiful interior, plenty of space, washer/dryer, air conditioning, amazing owners....not much more I can say! Except we feel the owners went above and beyond what was "required" of them. They are great people!!
