Family retreat

Dan’s place was perfectly located and accessible to the beach, bay, shopping and restaurants. The condo has everything that you need and the third floor balcony is a plus!

Fantasy place to stay!

The condo was fantastic. Plenty of room to sleep. I highly recommend staying here. Walking distance to beach, close to shops and restaurants. I can’t say enough about it. Loved it!

Wonderful Beach Getaway

Lovely semi-private rental with the comforts of home. Beach block was key to early morning walks on the boardwalk. Wonderful hideaway!

Best girls weekend ever to celebrate a sweet 16!

The property was perfect for two moms and 5 teenagers. The beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great, clean and great location. We were steps from ice cream, coffee, shopping and of course the beach. We loved our stay and we would definitely come back.

The location was ideal for a weekend beach getaway. Everything you needed was within walking distance, most importantly the beautiful beach! The property was clean and accommodating.

Excellent location

Everything is in walking distance...the beach, the bay, coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, shopping. We all loved the house and were impressed by the thoughtfulness of the attention to details. Looking forward to going again next year!

Great place, perfect location

Rented for the weekend while in town for a wedding with another couple, house was exactly as advertised. Location was absolutely perfect- could walk everywhere in town, close to beach. We’ll definitely be back!

Bachelorette Weekend Trip

My closest friends and I had such a great experience staying at Dan’s beach house for my bachelorette! Everyone complimented the space and loved the location, which is right on the beautiful private feeling beach entrance and in the center of their really fun town. Dan was also a very kind communicator throughout our check-in & check-out. I’d definitely stay again :)

Perfect location for Jersey Shore experience!

Super cute property that fit our party of 6 perfectly. Location couldn't be any better with access to shops, restaurants and of course the beach! We would rent again from Danielle in a heartbeat.

Girlfriends Beach Getaway

Awesome location in a cute beach town, nice short walk to the water! The property is nicely decorated and we had plenty of room for our group of 7 girlfriends. Quick responses from the owner which was great. We had a wonderful time!

A wonderful winter long weekend getaway

The home was very clean and newly renovated. We were 6 grown women and we all had our own full size beds, no sharing! 2 beautifully renovated full bathrooms, with walk in showers. It was a wonderful stay, even for being winter at the Jersey shore.

Location, location plus updated comfort

Great updated property in a terrific location. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. No need to drive anywhere. The condo is very comfortable with a gorgeous interior. The host was very responsive and answered any questions that I had promptly. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

This is a great rental. Owners are wonderful to work with. Very well maintained and totally remodeled. I would definitely recommend this property. Centrally located in town. One block to beach, center of town. Close to restaurants and shopping. Walk everywhere. Would definitely rent again

Nothing bad to say!

I went with my family of 4 and my sister’s family of 4. Having 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms on separate floors definitely made us feel like we had our own space and privacy. We weren’t so much in each other’s ways. The 5-10 min walk to the beach was very nice as well since we had very young kids with us to not have to lug them and our stuff too far was appreciated. I can’t say enough about the communication with the host and the ease of checking in and checking out. Dan was very responsive and accommodating. Would be happy to rent here again!

Spacious and Relaxing

We rented this condo for a ladies weekend retreat. It is one block from the beach and nestled between restaurants, stores and ice cream, all within walking distance! What more could someone want? The condo itself is beautiful and spread out. We did not feel like we were down the shore all cramped up, sleeping on top of one another like a normal beach rental. The full bunk beds were a bonus. The owner responds within minutes of contact. We will definitely be renting again.

Perfect location and excellent home just as described

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. Although this is a townhouse type of situation, the Unit was very private because its the furthest back unit which I really enjoyed. My kids could play outside the front door without disturbing anyone. Also the inside of the home has full carpeting on at least 1/2 of the home (including the stairs) which was amazing with keeping the place quiet at night while the kids slept and also made it so I was not worried about the kids falling down stairs and getting hurt. The location couldn't be better with the beach being 1 block away and the center of town being right outside the door! The ice cream shop right next door was a huge hit and they even had a live music band playing one night which was really nice. The Bay is 2 blocks away with a playground and a dock (Don't park your car in any of the parking lots near the bay if you don't have a parking sticker. I learned the hard way when we went to watch a show at the gazebo that was 1/2 mile away). The Kitchen is nicely stocked and everything seems nice and new. The washer and dryer is an amazing plus and is so easy that its on the 1st floor. I would suggest bringing some DVDs for your kids to watch in the kids bunk room on the TV in there (that TV only plays DVDs and I wish we had brought some). My kids LOVED that room and being able to sleep and hang out with their cousins in one room. This most important thing to me was that this place is exactly true to the description by the owners. I have stayed in many places where it isn't exactly what you think you are getting and it can be a great disappointment.

After vacationing in New Hampshire my entire life I though it would be impossible to recreate the traditions and lifelong friendships that I made while at the beach. Lavallette proved me wrong! We have vacationed with our 3 daughters since they were born and we consider this our second home. Our girls and their cousins and friends love walking to the beach, bay ice cream shops and riding bikes along the boardwalk. We know you will fall in love with this town as we have and hope to be a part of your lasting tradition.

Our newly renovated home is everything you could hope for. All furnishings and beddings are from Pottery Barn. We created a space just big enough for 2 families to share. With 3 floors there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space 2 couples to have their own space and the amazing children's suite is perfect for kids to sleep comfortably. Walk to the beach, bay, ice cream shops, ride bikes along the boardwalk...Lavallette has it all.
