Our family of 4 really enjoyed this condo! Very clean unit with everything we could want for a week's stay - beach towels, sand toys, plenty of pots/pans/utensils. Beach was not over crowded, grounds are well maintained and pools were warm so we could still use them on cooler days.

Great vacation spot!

The condo is nicely decorated,, close to beach, fresh and clean. All appliances and plumbing worked perfectly, unlike some other places on the same compound.

Great family vacation at summerhouse

The condo is beautiful, the furniture is comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. The pools were very nice and not too crowded and the beach access was close and easy. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this VRBO in Crescent Beach! Its prime location within the complex and proximity to amenities were incredibly convenient. The unit was immaculately clean, and everything worked well for us. The host was exceptionally kind and attentive, which truly enhanced our experience. We cherished the valuable family time we spent here and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway.

Wonderful vacation

My family had a great time visiting the St. Augustine area. The townhouse had just what our family of four needed. We enjoyed the pool and easy walk to the beach daily. We also found many sites to visit in St. Augustine and local state parks. The Fountain of Youth and beach at the state park just 5- 10 minutes south were favorites.

Beach time

We enjoyed our stay. Beach was great. Condo was nice and clean. Only problem we had was with the gates not opening for us when we would leave and return. We would rent again!

Amazing location

Great location in St. Augustine. The beach is so beautiful and is almost always empty. Locals told us it's a really good place to stay. The heated pools were very warm and great. The condo was spacious, clean and the balcony was perfect. As far as kitchen equipment, they could use an upgrade on the knives (not sharp at all) and more bowls. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Beautiful location

The complex was beautifully maintained and had heated pools and a view of the ocean which was all perfection. The townhome had the most comfortable bed we ever slept in and the accommodations were also comfortable. Very friendly people and lots of activities. We played pickelball every morning and they also had exercise classes and so much more. Next time we'd like to spend a longer time at this location.

Perfect stay

My husband, daughter and I had a wonderful time at Sara’s condo. We have stayed at Summerhouse before and her place surpassed the others in cleanliness, comfort, style and proximity to our daughter’s condo in the same building and floor. This was very convenient for helping out with our grandchildren. The view from the balcony is great and it is shaded in the afternoon when a respite from the sun is welcome. Sara is an excellent host who communicates well. We will definitely be back! Thank you Sara for a fantastic visit!

Nice location

This unit is very comfortable and well situated a few steps from the ocean. Our only quibble was that there was inconsistent communication. The first email said we would get the information to enter the unit two days ahead. At that time, the manager told us that she wouldn’t give us the access code until the morning of our arrival. We are used to having all needed information a bit further ahead when we are traveling.

A great spot at summerhouse

Really thrilled with this property. We have stayed at many Summerhouse condos over the past 10 years and this was a breath of fresh air. Appreciated the easy airy decor, minimal but everything that is needed was there. We Will definitely stay again!

This is our beach home, we love it and hope you do as well. It is a tranquil place, close enough to the Ancient City that you can take a short drive or Uber but far enough that you can rest in a peaceful place.
