Near St Pierre de Chartreuse and a small hamlet on road in the forest, independent apartment on the ground floor of a recent house.
Surface of 65m2 with 2 large rooms of night and / or of life, equipped kitchen, separated WC, room of water, cloakroom, infra-red sauna.
Animal after agreement. A nice and wise dog lives here.
Unsecured space for children and babies.

Housing and equipment simple and sober, but of quality; heated to 15 ° in winter if not busy, so no mites, and little dust in our wooded nature.
New and healthy wooden bedding: slatted bed bases, foam mattresses, mattress pads, anatomical pillows, over-seat covers, fitted sheets and summer / winter duvets.
Dishwasher 9 place settings, fridge 170 liters and freezer 40 liters, microwave grill, ...., Cumulus 300 liters.
There is everything you need for a pleasant stay, and if you miss some utensil, you should be able to lend it (raclette, fondue, griddle, roaster, barbecue ...).
Optional upstairs (20 € / day), large independent room too, for 3 to 4 additional extra beds (inflatable camping mattress), which can accommodate up to 8 people (max) for a short trip.
It is a dwelling house, our place of life is upstairs. I am retired so generally available to help you and ensure your comfort.
On your side, you can use the places normally, as responsible adults. You can also move beds and tables easily, at your convenience.

The house is in the beautiful natural park of Chartreuse all around you: total calm and open views of the peaks.
