Relax and Recharge in the Heart of Stowe

Looking for a comfortable home base for your Stowe adventure? This two-floor townhouse-style condo, with central air conditioning, offers just the right mix of cozy and convenient. Tucked into 31 acres of open space just off Mountain Road, you'll be close to the slopes, the Rec Path, great dining, and plenty of outdoor fun—no matter the season.

Inside, you'll find two bedrooms, two full baths, and a pull-out couch in the living room, making it easy to sleep up to six guests. The unit is equipped with central A/C via heat pumps to keep you cool in the summer and toasty warm in winter.

As our guest, you’ll have full access to all of the Village Green’s amenities—with no extra fees. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor pools, a year-round hot tub, and a sauna for post-ski relaxation. The community game room is a hit with kids and adults alike, offering ping pong, pool, air hockey, and video games. During warmer months, hit the outdoor tennis or pickleball courts for a little friendly competition.

Pool Notice: The Village Green community pool will be closed for scheduled spring maintenance from April 24 – May 23 and will reopen for the season on May 23, 2026. We appreciate your understanding as the pool undergoes its annual upkeep.

The unit includes Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a mudroom with plenty of space to stash your gear after a day on the trails. There are shared laundry facilities on-site, and complimentary pool towels are provided in the unit for your convenience.

Outdoor lovers will appreciate the easy access to the Stowe Recreation Path for walking, biking, and exploring—with a few swimming holes to discover along the way. A seasonal shuttle stops right in the development, so you can leave the car behind and still get to town, the slopes, or your favorite après-ski spot.

We’re locally managed, so while you’ll enjoy contactless check-in and privacy throughout your stay, help is nearby if you need anything. This is a comfortable, laid-back spot to settle in, stretch out, and enjoy everything Stowe has to offer—whether you’re here to ski, hike, bike, or just unwind.

Another great week in Stowe. The condo was just as advertised. The unit was clean, well stocked, and the perfect home base for our vacation. The location is great - only steps from the Stowe village restaurants and breweries and only 10 minutes from the mountain. Tim was very responsive prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

Staying at the (geo) center of Stowe

Excellent location, just in the middle of Stowe. Close to all spots of various activities, in the range from quite walking and hiking, to golf and biking (mountain included) and finally beer tasting at a couple of nearby breweries. The place was clean and well maintained. Ashley, the manager/owner, was very attentive and responded to our even additional requests promptly and with great efficiency. We seriously consider to return next summer if possible.

We had a great time. The Condo had everything we needed. Easy to get to the mountain. Restaurants close and food is good. Grocery stores pretty close as well. WiFi available worked great, rooms were good too. My husband and I and another couple felt we had all we needed. We would would come back again.

The place was perfect for my wife and 2 kids. You can tell a lot of thought went into the details and accomodations…. The kitchen set up, the local area and community guidebook, pool towels, the cleanliness, etc. The unit also has a new high end mini-split air conditioning system so it was super comfortable despite being 90+ degrees outside. There is a gas grill, table/chairs, and well manicured greenspace out back - which is ideal for relaxing and playing outdoor games in the evening.

Fall Holiday in Vermont

We arrived at the Village Green Condo late evening. Check in instructions were detailed and allowed for quick entry. Everything was ready and the place was nice and clean. The kitchen has a nice keurig coffee machine and is well stocked. All appliances were functioning and there were split AC units in each room. The living room has an electric fireplace which provided a welcome warmth to condo. The next morning we found that the property has gorgeous views of the mountains and was located close to all areas we wanted to explore. Condo is well maintained for an older property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just a couple of issues. We felt the King size bed was too hard and we didn’t realize that both bedrooms AND bathrooms were upstairs. No downstairs bathroom at all. We also kept looking for the WiFi password and finally discovered that there was no Wi-Fi. If you wanted to go to the opposite end of the property you could use the Wi-Fi from the Office. On the plus side - the condo was very clean - the kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the TV in the bedroom!! Village agreement is very conveniently located!

Excellent Family Vacation Destination

We stayed for a week in August with our 9 and 10-year-old. The property had a lot to offer with swimming and tennis. The unit itself was spacious and very clean. The location was excellent, right near the rec path, shopping and restaurants. The owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Definitely won't stay here again!

Why they chose this property

Stowe is awesome, in all four seasons. I used to work in Stowe as a ski bum in my early 20s, and could not wait to come back and buy this condo. Condo is minutes to the mountain, minutes from the center of Stowe, and close to many of the best restaurants and breweries.
