Navigators nest

This was a great place for our family vacation. Plenty of room for everyone with each bedroom except the bunk room having its own bathroom. There's also an additional full bathroom and two half baths. The bottom deck is what really sets the place apart. It's very large, has an outdoor bar with a sink and mini fridge and two gas grills. We spent most of our time (when not on the beach) on the deck cooking meals and enjoying the stunning view. I definitely want to book this unit again.

This is an excellent property for our large extended family. The house is right on the beach with 3 balconies, the largest on the first floor which can house all your beach chairs, floats, paddle boards, etc. It also comes in handy for any rainy days. This is our 5th year at this condo and we like the upgrades that have recently been done. We are already booked for next year. It is not the fanciest place we have rented over the decades, but it certainly is the favorite of our large family.

Navigator's Nest Awesome Place

We had an amazing time at Navigator's Nest! Loved the private beach and the townhouse was roomy and comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made things so much easier. The staff was very nice and informative. We definitely plan to stay there again!!

We had a wonderful stay with family. Hate to complain but important to be honest so issues can be resolved. It was very hot even with several fans in the bedrooms. It was very cool in certain areas but really need more air conditioners or a complete overhaul of the system to make it more comfortable. Also, the light switches were placed in very awkward positions and hard to find. There was plenty of bathrooms but no vents in some of them. No matter what though, the location and the private beach TRUMPS it all! For a week, I can make do with some of the quirks but hope it gets resolved in the future for others. I would recommend for sure!

Our week at Navigator's Nest was amazing! 8 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of space to spread out or come together for games or a meal. Solely was quick to respond with the few issues we did have and was able to fix it quickly!Everything was explained thoroughly in the description so we were able to come prepared. The location was awesome with quick access to restaurants and stores and beautiful views of the beach. Loved it!

The kitchen had so many items, you do not need to bring a thing. The house was very clean and no matter the time, we could text our host with a question and they would get right back with us. The outdoor kitchen had plenty of seating and even had lounge chairs and the hammock was great and the view was the best. I think you could have in Destin. I highly recommend. Booking.

This was the perfect place for a multi family vacation. Plenty of rooms and comfortable beds. The location on the beach with the included beach service was the best part. The lower deck was a great place to hang out after a long day in the sun. We appreciated that there were already some beach toys/accessories available to use, including beach towels. Good communication with the host. We had one little issue and they were out the next morning and fixed it no questions asked. We do feel that at this price point some updates could be made, but I’m sure that will all happen with time. We also experienced some items in kitchen cabinets that weren’t clean like other reviews have mentioned. And basic needs such as toilet paper, trash bags and other paper products should be more available for the length of stay that is required for booking. But don’t let any of that detour your stay here! Overall the unit was clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Talks of coming back next year are in the works!

The pictures are a bit misleading. The house is very big and spacious, however, it is two condos that have been combined into one. The layout is sort of a maze. The floor plan is not as open as the pictures lead you to believe. The fourth floor bunk room is in a weird spot, and it has the worst looking carpeted steps leading to it. There’s a spot light in the 4th floor bunk room that turns off and on with the king bedroom primary light right below it on the 3rd floor. The bedrooms were nice, the bathrooms were nice. However, the jetted tubs in the king suites should be completely removed, old and outdated. There were also some minor issues that didn’t necessarily need to be fixed during my stay: garbage disposals in second floor kitchen were nonfunctional. All that being said, my family really did have a great time. The outdoor setup somewhat makes up for the issues I mentioned. It is truly steps to the beach, the views are amazing. I just feel that some updates should definitely be made to this house to make it more functional and enjoyable.

Fantasic place for a big family vaca.

The downstairs kitchen bar and grills made the best and easy place to grill our fish. Get out of the sun and storm. Such a close walk to the water. I felt getting to the beach had never been easier.

This Is What Makes A Family Vacation

The house was excellent for a large family. We spent more time eating in rather than out because of the large porches, bar area, grills, T table and chairs, hamock, other tables and chairs, a few steps and you were in the ocean.

Beachfront perfect

We absolutely loved the location, private beach, Beautiful view with a spacious deck, plenty of parking, plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms …. I could go on and on!!! The only thing I would add to the place is extra potholders, kitchen towels…. We bought some so hopefully they stay for the next guests

This is a great condo. Needs some updating and cleaning but overall very roomy and great balcony spaces. Had a small maintenance issue and they took care of it quickly and continued to keep it under control throughout our stay.

Fun Family Florida Reunion

Outstanding location! Beautiful beachfront property. Gorgeous deck. The many bedrooms, bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, laundry facilities, spacious indoor and outdoor seating make this a perfect place for a large family gathering. The video game tables were a hit with all age groups. Kayaks and paddle boards provided lots of fun.

Private Beach is AMAZING

The unit is cleaned, plenty of tableware for our large group. It would've been perfect and 5 stars, had their been just a little bit more in terms of a starter pack for paper towels and toilet paper. We had what was left on the rollers. 1 extra roll per bathroom would've been more than enough. These are small things, that guest tend to not think about when traveling. Location and private beach with security is appreciated.

Holiday Vacation

The property manager did an excellent job in communicating with us despite problems we experienced with the heat not working on the bottom floor. They worked diligently in trying to get the issue resolved, to include providing extra blankets and portable heaters to remedy or alleviate the issue.
