7 Bed House, Huge Game Room, Amazing Views, Across From Beach, Outdoor Theater

We bought a fleet of golf carts for our homes rather than having guests pay the local rate of $165/day. We offer them for between $300 and $495 per week, depending on time of year. This home is hosted by Harleman Vacation Rentals, a family-run vacation rental business primarily in the Destin area. We have 10 vacation rentals in the Destin area and are continuously trying to upgrade them to provide the best possible guest experience with amazing amenities and top-notch customer service.

This is an amazing home, as it has many unique properties. And please note this listing is for both houses. I get many questions asking if it is for both houses. It is for both homes.

First off, before reading further you should know there are many amenities that have recently been put in.

-The game room/movie theater is now a very nice game room with new flooring and the following amenities: pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, shuffleboard, and a movie theater.
-An outdoor gazebo with barbeque, fridge and television and a six seat bar area.
-The largest beach access in all of this area of Crystal Beach in Destin is across the street. It is a full block in length and you can just walk right across the street to the beach. You are set with this layout! A pool, outdoor bar with tv and barbeque, game room, and the beach right across the street.
-An outdoor ping pong table has been put in the backyard area.
-The backyard has cornhole, kan jam, and other great games to play.\
-There is a new six person jacuzzi in the pool area.
-There are clear views to the gulf as the city cleared off the land permanently in front of the house for extra public beach access. The house now has amazing views from all angles.

There in an outdoor gazebo with a barbeque island and television in the pool deck area. The back barbeque island has been put in and there is bar table seating in the front. This will seat 6 people around the bar and they can barbeque and watch tv, etc.

We also have already put in all new furniture and new quartz countertops in the kitchen. In addition, the bathrooms in the main house have all been remodeled as of February 2023. If you have any questions about the updates please read this description again because I tried to be as detailed as possible.

The house is an extra large 10,000 square foot lot as most lots in this area are only 7,500. Because of this, between both homes there are seven bedrooms, a large pool deck, screened-in porch and a backyard with room for games. The beach is right across the street and over one house so you can see it in the aerial. Beach access is on Scenic Highway 98 and Tarpon Street. Tarpon is two houses over and this house is on Scenic Highway 98. This home is right in Crystal Beach with a southern feel and it is one of my favorite homes as I own 9 in the area.

The driveway of the house fits six cars so you are welcome to park many cars and a golf cart if needed. In the front carriage house is a game room area which has just been refinished. It has the following amenities: ping pong, pool, shuffleboard, foosball, large screen tv's, and air hockey, bar seating and couch and a movie theater with surround sound and 110 inch screen. It will be an amazing game room to go to when you aren't enjoying the beach or the pool area. It is also a great feature to have when the weather turns and it is raining or bad weather outside. You never know if the weather will be raining during the one week you come so having this game room will be a great feature.

In the carriage house in the front with the game room there are three bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and a balcony and looks out on the pool with a deck and an ensuite bathroom. The second room has a king bed and amazing ocean views to wake up to every day. And the third room has a full over full bunk bed. There is a hallway bathroom that both the king and the full over full bedroom would share. There is also a couch in the living room, ocean views, and a small kitchenette. There are great views to the beach from the second floor of the carriage house. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience in the front carriage house.

The main pool deck area is between the carriage house and the main house. There is a 30 foot long pool, a firepit with adirondack chairs, chaise lounges, and an outdoor ping pong table and an outdoor sofa set to lounge out and enjoy the pool. Palm trees and lush landscaping surround the pool area and are well lit at night to provide a nice tropical feel. Don't forget the barbeque gazebo which has nighttime lighting, a full barbeque island and fridge in the back of it and the front a countertop to sit 6 people and a tv to watch.

The main house is in the back of the lot (most of the homes have a main house in front) and has a living room, dining area, and kitchen on the first floor. There is also an attached porch area with more seating and amazing ocean views. There is bar seating at the kitchen with beautiful quartz countertops and the house on the first floor has a washer and dryer and a door to the backyard where there are more outdoor games. There is a half bath on the first floor living room area.

On the second floor of the main house are a further four bedrooms and three baths with the following layout.
-Master bedroom with king bed, private ensuite bath with shower, and a balcony overlooking the pool area and amazing views of the ocean. The balcony has an outdoor seating set with sofas, rocking chairs and two bar sized chairs and a table set to enjoy the views.
-King Bedroom
-Twin over twin bunk bed and twin single
-Queen Bedroom
-Two full bathrooms in the hallway that the king bedroom, bunk room and queen bedroom would share.

In the final area, the backyard of the main house, you will find a grassy area to play games. There will be cornhole, horseshoes, ladder toss, kan jam, and other great games. It will be an amazing area for kids and adults that like to play games.

**Cancellation policy. Please note that vrbo only allows a couple options for cancellation policy. The official cancellation policy of this home is you can cancel anytime up to right before you check in. We will open up the dates for booking and when it books we will refund you. It shouldn't be a problem for high season of March-October and we find that this policy works great for guests because some people have to cancel for reasons within 30 days of check in. **Must be 27 years old to rent as the primary renter and we require one adult above age 25 for every 3 below 25. This primarily applies to spring break times.

**COVID POLICY. If the house is unavailable due to local health regulations shutting down vacation rentals in the area, you will be refunded 100%. Travelers insurance is recommended for covid scenarios where guests get covid before their vacation and can't go.

**POOL HEAT. Pool heat is $50 per day plus tax ($350 for the week). Must be ordered for the whole stay, no partial days.

**We don't recommend travel insurance for weather as they will only reimburse you if the area gets evacuated and if the area gets evacuated (which hasn't happened in 20 years), we will refund you anyway because we are not able to provide you with accommodations.

**Golf carts available on first come first service of our fleet of golf carts with our sister company LLC. $300-$495/week (plus tax and processing) for a six seater Club Car Tempo with sound and leather seating.

** Pets: we are open to hosting your furry friends. However, please inquire before booking. Pet fee is $150 per stay.
