Splendida vista da questo condominio spazioso attico, soprattutto dal balcone privato. Solo tre miglia da Disney. Abbiamo aggiunto un nuovissimo divano, tutti i nuovi letti e nuovissimi televisori a schermo piatto in tutte le camere. Un posto perfetto dove stare dopo una giornata intensa nei parchi. Lake Buena Vista Resort ha tutto, una fantastica piscina con area giochi per navi pirata, piscina secondaria per sedersi e rilassarsi, bar, negozi e tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze. Sei solo un breve viaggio da tutte le attrazioni.

Vacation 2025

The condo was centrally located and in a great area. The condo itself was clean, but very outdated. For example the couch had rips in it and looked dirty (white leather couch). The beds were not very comfortable. The supplies were short, as far as the paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. The pool area was very nice and clean. We actually had a great stay. Just wish the condo was updated and a little more vacation friendly.

February 2025 Stay

The location of this property is excellent. We also loved the outlet mall right on site. However the check in process was quite stressful. The swipe cards left for us in the apartment did not work at all. We were told by the owner this may be the case, but he said if they do not work we are unable to go to the main lobby to get them activated, as they would then charge us faily resort fees and a cleaning fee on top of what we had already paid! The main doors closed at 10 pm until 9am. To me this was completely unacceptable. Otherwise the apartment is quite comfortable. It could use some easy fixes ( ex: the broom is cracked in half, coffee table in living room has a broken leg) but overall we did enjoy our stay here. We did have to buy garbage bags, toilet paper, dish wahser pods and laundry pods during our stay. I will also note that the main pool with the big pirate ship is not heated. It was icy cold and we were unable to swim in it, which was quite a disappointment to my toddlers. However there is another pool which was somewhat heated which we did enjoy! said we were unable

Convenient, great property

Great communication from host. We loved the location as it was 1/2 hour drive at most to attractions. We walked to the outlet mall right beside the property. Pools were clean and always stocked with towels.

Disney family trip

This property is well maintained, very clean and in a great location. I highly recommended staying here if your looking for resort style stay but all the amenities of home. Jackie did a great job with communication as well. I highly recommend staying.

El lugar es super cómodo. Muy buena ubicación a minutos de los parques de Disney, Universal, de los shoping y supermercados. El departamento estaba bien equipado, pero le faltaban elementos de limpieza (escoba, trapos) pero solo un detalle menor. Excelente proporcion precio-calidad. Volvería sin duda.

Location, Location, Location!

I was hesitant to review this property as when I brought up some issues, the host became very defensive and even threatened me with a bad guest review if I gave my honest review. I wish I was able to add screenshots of our interaction over a late check out request that was denied. I followed every request and was respectful to the host and property so at the end of the day I am not going to be bullied. Overall the property and apartment were ok. Both the property and apartment are quite outdated but closeness to shops, grocery and free shuttle to parks is what made this place ideal. Be mindful of buying from the convivence store at the bottom of building. Many items are expired, some back in 2023! When we checked in to the apartment there were a few things I noticed. Main washroom was dirty and shower would not get hot and would randomly loose all pressure to point it was unusable, dishwasher is outdated and wouldn't dispense soap during wash (2 of my children got norovirus and I cant help but wonder if its because the dishes were not properly cleaned but who knows!) The 2nd sink in bedroom wouldn't drain and having read past reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue. If your looking for a minute past checkout, DONT. They will not accommodate, even if you offer to pay a late checkout fee. Overall the issues we had were minimal and regardless of the host we would stay at this location again due to the shuttle to parks, closeness to amenities and the price was reasonable.

Family vacation

This was a great stay for a family vacation. Location is centrally located with an easy drive to all the amusements. The pools were a great addition after a day of fun at the parks. The unit met our expectations and had everything we need ed.

Great Location - Super Close to WDW

Our family stayed for about a week, and it was delightful. We spent most days at WDW parks, and the drive was probably the best that we have had while staying off WDW property. It might have taken less time to get in and out of the parks than if we were on property. The sleeping arrangements were incredibly comfortable for our family of six. Having cable in all of the rooms was great for afternoon rest time. The location was close enough that we felt like we could go back in the middle of the day for a break and then head back to the parks. It's not just about the close proximity, it was also about the ease of traffic. Though the pirate ship itself was not quite as cool as my kids may have built up in their minds, the sloping pool was great for my 5, 7, 9, and 11 year olds. We have already booked another stay at this resort.

Condo stay near Disney

Our trip to Orlando was fun as we were very busy in the parks for 7 days and did not spend much time in our condo. However, we were disappointed with the condition and outdated nature of the condo. Pros: Very close to the parks, nice spacious condo, quiet Cons: very limited supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, which I understand this is how alot of condos are, we have stayed in others before, but we had more provided to us in other properties we have stayed, the owner of this condo requests you to do a load of towels at check out but there is no laundry soap, we had to buy our own dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, kitchen sponge, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, not something you want to spend time doing when you are trying to enjoy a vacation, all the bed sheets and towels were old and mismatched, looked and felt like a great grandmother's supplies from the 1970s, this is a simple upgrade that will make renters feel more at home and comfortable, the washer and dryer were also very old and it took a long time to dry our clothes, multiple cycles, the air was hot and stuffy when we arrived at midnight which was stressing when we were ready to go to sleep, it did cool off well, but the owner also asks that you not turn the air below 72 and at that temperature it was still stuffy, the toilet paper holder was broken off, master sink fills up and did not drain well and I could not use it, we would not stay here again

We loved it.

Thank you for this great condo it was perfect for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The booking process was very easy, the front desk helps with instructions to book free theme park transfers. Would highly recommend.

Not great but very affordable

The place was ok if you’re on a budget or don’t care about where you’re sleeping. It was outdated. Couch and pillows were worn with holes, and the floor left our feet black. However, the location was great. Close to grocery stores and shopping and the theme parks. We never had a problem finding parking and it was easy to get to. Loved that we were able to do laundry. Coffee maker/ outlets didn’t work. Overall, can’t say I wouldn’t recommend it but we will splurge for something nicer next time. I actually ended up leaving early and staying at a friend’s nicer home.

Excellent Lovation

Highly recommend staying at this condo if you are planning a trip to Disney or any of the local parks. Condo was clean and well maintained. Staff at the resort were helpful and the owner was very responsive. The kids enjoyed the all the pools, arcade, and other amenities. The resort was walking distance to local shops, convenient stores, and restaurants. The property offers free shuttling to parks with 24 hour notice. Everything exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

Perfect orlando getaway

Lovely, welcoming condo with space for 2 families to share. The beds were comfortable and the spa tub in the master was so relaxing after a long day at the parks (so close by!) Thank you for hosting us!

The hotel room was beautiful! The host was very informative about everything so we didn’t have to figure out what to do or where to go. The hotel is in such a great location with a storefront on property. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone and would definitely book again.

Great Place

The property manager communicated quickly when we wanted to extend our stay! We had no problems with this place, and it was easy access to the Disney Parks. Only took about 10 min with traffic to get to any one of the parks. Great place to consider for your Disney vacation.

Great location to Disney or universal. Some mold in showers. Kitchen plates and utensils were short and supplies were limited (no dishwashing soap). Cleanliness was ok. Met our expectations for the price. Overall good value for a family of 6-all with beds and a kitchen to have some meals at the hotel. Pool area was nice.
