Lake Bomoseen cozy 4 season Lakefront Home

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bath lake house sits on the east side of beautiful Lake Bomoseen with gorgeous morning views, all-day sun and shimmering water sunsets. Inside families, friends or couples can spread out in an open floor plan with dining room seating for 8, wrap around sectional in the living room and an upstairs with 3 bedrooms and an open area.

We have the best times with family & friends sitting around the table on the back deck overlooking the lake while we tend the grill and sit in the hot tub. Sometimes we move to the lower deck directly over the water to watch each other jump off the dock and swim. After a day playing on the lake we’ll enjoy smore’s at nighttime over the firepit in the back yard. In the winter after a day of nearby skiing at Killington, Pico or Okemo we love coming back to our cozy home, cooking a great meal and looking up at the stars from our hot tub. We also enjoy going to a couple of the fun & friendly local restaurants.

We’re next door to Crystal Beach with its playground, basketball court and beach/safe swimming for all ages including little ones. There is also great hiking nearby.

We enjoyed an incredible "ladies weekend" here on Lake Bomoseen. The house was perfect for our needs! Plenty of space, super comfortable beds, and amazing views! The decks were perfect for our morning coffee & afternoon cocktails and the hot tub was so relaxing and felt like you were "floating" over the lake. Patty was very communicative with any questions we had, and when I left something very important behind after checkout, she was sure to assist. We would absolutely recommend this rental and hope we might stay again in the future!We really enjoyed pizza delivery from Paul's, dinner at Lake Bomoseen Lodge, and breakfast at the Bomoseen Diner.

My husband and I had the most amazing stay! Patty is great with communication and the house had everything we needed. The view of the lake with the sunset was so beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

Patty is very laid back and quick to respond to questions. The house is spacious and the deck and hot tub have amazing views of the lake and sunsets. This is our 2nd time staying and once again we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Great stay

VTSU Castleton grad

Short stay of a few days here during Vermont State University Castleton grad week, and we were very pleased. Just a short drive to the campus, Patty and Tim’s home has all the amenities you need for a relaxing, stress free time. We loved the back porch (with retractable awning and comfortable chairs) overlooking the lake. And the hot tub was a plus too! Thanks Patty and Tim.

Perfect Girls Weekend

The house and property were as pictured, if not even more comfortable and enjoyable upon arrival. Communication with Patty was great and she really made an effort to make sure we felt at home. The house is so comfortable, and even with a rainy weekend we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful lake view. This was perfect for 5 ladies to gather for a reunion weekend!

Lake Bomoseen lakehouse

Our 4 day stay at the lakehouse provided us a beautiful spot to enjoy lake views and relax after a busy wedding nearby. The host provided excellent communication. We would 100% recommend this listing to others seeking a quiet getaway.

Celebration 50+ years of friendship

A small group of women in their early 70s chose Lake Bomoseen cozy 4 season Lakefront Home to celebrate 50+ years of friendship since we met at the neighboring college. We chose this location as it was near to campus; and Lake Bomoseen has special significance to this group. We chose this home for its space, amenities, setting (lakeside), and favorable reviews especially cleanliness. We were all very impressed and everyone said that we could not have picked a better location. The house worked for our group on so many levels and allowed us to spend wonderful times together yet everyone had their private space as well. Our host Patty was very accomodating & gracious. Our questions were promptly answered. We arrived with knowledge of this location. Thank you PD, our host! We'd LOVE to return but each year gets harder and harder for we oldies but you never know! Thank you for only adding to an adult lifetime of special memories. Your home made our celebration!!

Peaceful,cozy, relaxing

First off, would like to note that Patty is an amazing host. She communicates well and is clear on expectations and genuinely cares that we have a great experience and that we have everything we need. Property is just as pictured/ described. Very clean, bedrooms are roomy, and comfy. Thoughtful touches such as fresh flowers and a guidebook for everything like the hot tub, trash , local places to eat and attractions nearby, etc. We all loved being right on the water and spending time on our kayaks, paddling over to the Lakehouse Pub and Grill, as well as just sitting outside with a fire and watching the boats and birds. Hot tub was amazing !! Have stayed here before and will definitely plan on staying again! Thank you Patty !

Beautiful Lake Views

We recently stayed here and will definitely be coming back next summer. Patty was a great host. Very easy going and very responsive to any questions. We found the house very clean and well maintained. The lake views from the back deck and the hot tub were stunning. There were 7 of us and had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful lake get away.

What a weekend!!

Pleasant stay on the lake

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Patty's lake house. Very nice home, and excellent location right on the lake. It was quiet at night relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the sounds of the ice contracting. We also watch locals ice fishing in the morning before we drove to Killngton to ski. We had a great time. Thanks again.

Relaxing Girls Weekend

From start to finish, this was a fantastic trip. Patty was very quick to respond to messages and clearly explained everything we needed to know. The house was gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for (enjoying a relaxing weekend in). The hot tub was perfect. Loved sitting in front of the gas fireplace and reading. Hoping to turn this into a yearly trip we loved it so much.
