Absolutely loved this place. If you want a peaceful, low-key spot right on the water to unwind, this is it. The cabin had everything we needed, the setting on Perch Pond is gorgeous, and Dan was an awesome, hassle-free host. Really enjoyed our time here and would love to stay again!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It's beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The porch was wonderful for morning coffee, lunch and dinner. It rained one of the mornings, but we could still enjoy the outdoors and pond view from the porch. We brought our own bedding and the beds were very comfortable. There is a half bath upstairs where the beds are and a full bath downstairs, so that was nice. I would definitely stay there again. The water is crystal clear and the views are amazing! We loved it!

Great remote and peaceful cabin getaway overlooking Perch Pond. The cabin is clean and had more space and amenities than expected. The host is very helpful with any questions and quick to respond. We loved our stay!

Loved sitting on the deck and looking out at the lake. The kayaks were wonderful. Used them to explore the shoreline and just peacefully sit out in the middle of the lake. The location was very private and quiet.

Beautiful location! Clean and comfy cabin. The view of Perch Pond was fantastic with easy access to boats. My wife and I stayed with our two kids, 5 and 9. Everyone enjoyed taking the rowboat out on the water. The host is easy to communicate with; very responsive and answered all our questions. We hope to return in the future!

It's a completely charming hidden spot you'd never know was there. My kids (12 and 14) LOVED the house and the pond and spent the week swimming. It exceeded our expectations for the price and we had a great week.

Our second time staying, and we will return to stay again. The cabin is beautiful. It will easily accommodate a large family. Lake views from the porch and from the loft bed are wonderful. The deck and swim platform are a great place to take a dip or to launch a kayak or canoe. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The cabin has the perfect layout for a small group trip with the open kitchen/living room and large back porch overlooking the water. But let’s be honest, the lake is the real highlight. Clear and clean water that is super easy to access, along with the dock(s) and boats available for only 50 you can’t go wrong with this cabin if swimming/paddling/fishing is your priority

Very peaceful and quiet true Vermont cabin on a very cute pond. We caught some fish, and the bugs weren’t bad! It gave the perfect early 2000s vibe with lots of DVDs to watch and games! Thank you for opening up your home to us :)

Beautiful area. Quiet and remote, but close enough to town that it's not inconvenient. The upstairs can get warm, so open the windows and use the fans.

Lovely cabin, really amazing location and cozy atmosphere, thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils which I always appreciate (nothing like finding one spoon, one spatula, and one burnt pan in a Vrbo kitchen). The lake access is fantastic, great little doc and comfy chairs. We loved how secluded it was and were able to really enjoy our time, especially sitting out on the deck reading or playing cards. Will note that the extra charge for linens on the beds feels a bit absurd to me, that's not something I've experienced with any other stays in the past. It is noted on the listing so I don't feel like it was slimy in any way. I think it could be a little more prominently advertised on the listing, but it is there. If you insist on charging extra, at the very least the price should be per bed not per person. If you're putting linens on one bed why is it 15 for one person but 30 for two people who are still sharing a bed? If you're willing to pay an added price or just bring your own bedding (as we did) this is a wonderful stay especially for the price.

It was exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was clean, it was quiet and very relaxing. If it was warmer, my kids would have been swimming!Looking to book another stay in the summer!

We had a short, but lovely stay at the Green Door cabin. The cabin is simple but cozy and was clean when we came. The location is lovely, with a pond view and paths around the pond and lake that you can walk. Would love to come back in summer or autumn sometime!

The host was great. Quick responses, very amiable and informative. The cabin was very nice and in a beautiful location. Only thing keeping me from an excellent rating is it is winter and the heating system is forced hot air, located in the living room. Very noisy and on most of the time. In spring summer and fall I would say excellent!
