The house of 125 meters consists of 3 DOUBLE bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen-dining room with laundry room, large living room with two BED SOFAS and large terrace to dress up for outdoor lunches.
It has a Community Pool with two private sun loungers, private garage and landscaped enclosure. WIFI, Central Air Conditioning and Heating, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron board, steam iron, washing machine, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker, toaster, electric paella pan, kettle, etc.

Prima verblijfslocatie. Prettige, attente, eigenaren

Vooraf gemaakte afspraken(Bemiddeling taxibedrijf, langer blijven tegen betaling van € 40,00) prima nagekomen. De locatieaanduiding van Google staat op een onjuiste locatie en zorgde dus voor verwarring. In de advertentie staat wel de juiste locatie vermeld, maar de straatnaam wordt vertaald en daardoor was e.e.a. moeilijk te begrijpen. Er staat in de advertentie een foto van stapelbedden. Dat klopt, gelukkig, niet met de werkelijkheid. Advies: verwijder deze foto en plaats een foto van de, mooie, straatnaam bordjes, zodat vertaalproblemen omzeild worden. Op 100 meter is een prima Supermarktje en een Take Away(NL personeel). Het vernieuwde zwembad met kunstgras functioneert prima. Strand was rustig en gezellig. Parasailing(€40,00), Suppen(€10,00) enz. op korte afstand mogelijk. Het lopen op de ruime boulevard is een leuke en prettige ervaring. Helaas: Een minder prettige ervaring was het gebruik van de douche. De douchekop bevestiging was 1x gammel en 1x verkeerd gemonteerd. Het gebruiken van 2 douches gelijktijdig is niet goed mogelijk. De temperatuur regelaar(rode knop) op (het balkon) afstellen op ongeveer 47 graden en de watertoevoer(blauwe knop) op maximum was voor ons (6 personen) de beste oplossing om toch behoorlijk te douchen. Isabel bedankt voor je attent beantwoorden van al mijn vragen en het goed geoutilleerde appartement.

Heel mooi en ruim appartement in la Carihuela / Very nice and spacious appartment in la Carihuela

Het is een zeer mooi en ruim appartement. Er is genoeg plaats om met z'n allen lekker te zitten, binnen en buiten op het balkon. Er is ook een mooie ruime keuken met voldoende servies etc. De locatie van het appartement is ook super, met 2 minuten sta je al op het strand en het is dus ook vlak bij de boulevard. In het begin verliep het contact met de verhuurder heel soepel en we mochten bijvoorbeeld al iets eerder in het appartement. Maar toen wij zeiden dat er problemen waren met het warme water wilde ze dit eigenlijk niet geloven. Uiteindelijk kwam haar man om de gasfles bij de heater te verwisselen, maar het probleem was niet dat deze leeg was, maar dat de heater niet goed functioneerde en steeds afsloeg tijdens het douchen. Na het vervangen van de gasfles ging hij ook meteen weer weg, zonder eerst te checken of dit het probleem had opgelost. Toen ik een dag later een berichtje stuurde dat het nog steeds niet goed was kreeg ik als antwoord dat er niks met de heater aan de hand was en dus eigenlijk dat we moesten stoppen met 'zeuren'. Nog een klein minpuntje is dat er in de ene badkamer geen houder was om de douchekop op te hangen, in de andere badkamer kon dat wel maar was de houder kapot waardoor de douchekop er soms weer uit viel. Al met al hebben we het er wel erg goed naar ons zin gehad. ----- It's a very nice and spacious appartment . There is enough space for everyone to sit comfortably inside and outside. There is a nice kitchen with enough tableware etc. Also the location of the appartment is very nice, it's only a 2 minute walk to the beach or the boulevard. In the beginning the contact with the owner was very good, we were even allowed to check in a bit earlier. However, we started to have some issues with the hot water, it would go hot-cold-hot-cold when showering. And then she did not really understand our problem and told us there was not really a problem. We explained that there was really a problem with the heater and then finally her husband came to replace the gas tank, however he left right away without checking if that solved the problem. After sending another message saying the problem was still not solved. She told us that the heater was fine, in other words stop complaining. One other small disadvantage was that there was no holder for the shower head in one of the bathrooms, and in the other it would was broken so the shower head fell out easily. All in all we did enjoy our time here very much!

Bel appartement mais environnement très bruyant

La bulle de localisation indiquait un endroit différent de l'endroit où il était vraiment. La propriétaire me disait que son annonce ne comportait aucune erreur mais elle l'a enlevée des que je lui en ai parlé. Donc, l'appartement était situé à Carihuela au lieu de Torremolinos Centro comme l'indiquait la bulle. Je ne retournerai pas à cet endroit.

Super ruim, netjes appartement van alle gemakken voorzien.

Prachtig appartement, op een goede locatie, vlakbij de winkelstraat en een bakker om de hoek. Het strand en de boulevard zijn nog geen 5 minuten lopen. Keurig schoon, chique gebouw, leuk zwembad, waar het meestal niet druk is. Het appartement is groot, schoon, opgeruimd en van alle gemakken voorzien! 2 badkamers, airco, vaatwasser, 3 slaapkamers, wifi, wasmachine en nog veel meer.. Ideaal voor een groot gezin. Jose en Isabel zijn super behulpzaam, hele aardige mensen. Als we weer terug gaan naar Carihuela kiezen we zeker weer voor dit appartement!

Spacious, clean, and VERY well located - GREAT VALUE! Would give 4.5 stars if I could!

Family of five, and we had a great time. Isabel is a wonderful host - very responsive. Pros * Spacious, bright, and clean apt, nice size bedrooms, especially the master * On site parking, very critical during busy seasons * Lovely terrace to sit and enjoy breakfast, coffee, wine, etc * 2 short blocks to "the action" - beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, etc * Excellent WiFi, was very important during our stay * VERY clean apartment * LOTS of linens, towels, etc available * TWO FULL bathrooms was very useful with a houseful * Bakery on the corner to get our morning pastries * HUGE swimming pool, great to cool off after a long day * Excellent closet space * Washing machine in apartment (unfortunately, no dryer - clothes may take a day to dry completely, as drying rack does not get direct sun) Cons (Not many) * Apartment could use a few "extra touches" - some floor and table lamps (only overhead lighting - no reading lamps in bedrooms or living room * TV was missing remote, could not get TV to work (short term problem I am sure) * Holder brackets for the both shower hoses were missing or not functional, therefore could not take a shower without constantly holding the hose. A minor inconvenience, but also a minor fix that should have been looked after * Could use a toaster in the apt * THIS is a BIG ONE if you have a vehicle - entrance to the garage is EXTREMELY tight if you have a full size car, or van. Dinged our rental vehicle trying to get in one night, though granted it was a huge car. But this is something that should be made clear in the listing. * Could use some rugs here and there on the cold marble floors, at least by the beds * Drawer space in 2nd and 3rd BR's is minimal, but closet space is good Bear in mind that this is not really a Luxury Rental but it serves its use VERY well, and as I said, it is clean, bright, and spacious, and an excellent location in the Carihuela Beach neighborhood. And other than the garage situation, we REALLY enjoyed staying here, felt totally comfortable for the five of us. And all of the minor "cons" can be remedied with a few hundred bucks and a trip to Ikea :-)

Nice apartment with friendly owners!

We stayed at this apartment for a week with our 3 kids. We had a great time and the owners were very helpfull. It's 1 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping street with supermarket. The Wi-Fi was very fast and in the house was a washing machine and dishwasher. The 2 bathrooms were also very nice as we stayed with 6 people in the house. If you are fit you can also walk to Torremolinos or take the bus. A taxi to Torremolinos will cost you only 5 euros. Also the owners provide taxi-service from and to the airport which was very nice. I would defenitly rent this apartment again.
