The property is located on an elevated site, adjacent to the Owenglen River, well known within fishing circles. Just a 2-minute walk from local shops, bars and restaurants, this property is ideal for families or a group of friends. Clifden is a bustling market town and boasts a large selection of shops, bars and restaurants. This is an ideal base for exploring the Connemara region. Local activities include fishing, pony trekking, boat tours, golf and much more. Kylemore Abbey and Connemara National Park are just a short drive away, as are the many white sandy beaches that Connemara has on offer. The property is a stone clad dormer bungalow with lots of interior space. The ground floor consists of a well-equipped kitchen including fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge, electric cooker and has adjacent dining room with large dining table and chairs. A utility room just off the kitchen holds the washing machine and some storage. The living room has comfortable furniture, TV and open fireplace. The family bathroom located on the ground floor is large and spacious with WC, hand basin and bath with overhead shower. Also, on the ground floor are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and bedroom 2 is a single bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The large hallway leads to the staircase which leads to a bright and airy upper level. Here you will find 3 more spacious bedrooms: a king size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a single bedroom. Oil fired central heating throughout property. Baby cot and high chair available by request. Electricity and heating included. Linen and towels provided. No pets. No smoking. Wi-fi included.
