At the heart of Lomagne in the municipality of Mauroux, the cottage of a surface of 90 m2 is located near the owner's house.
With its three rooms it can accommodate 6 people.
Quiet and well being are at the heart of this resort.
For astronomers, nights are exceptional and without light pollution.

The living room is composed of a fully equipped kitchen. A pellet stove allows heating in winter associated with thermodynamic heating. Air-conditioned cottage in Summer.
The dining room allows to eat 8 people. A seating area is also fitted with a TV.
An office area is located in the mezzanine overlooking the living room. Wifi is available in the cottage.
Two bedrooms have a double bed 140x190 while the third bedroom has bunk beds 90 x 190.
The cottage has a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
A shaded terrace is located on the south side of the house.

Dank aan Olivier voor deze geslaagde week in de Gers! Het huisje is volledig voorzien en het verwarmde zwembad, van waaruit je kilometers ver het mooie landschap kan bewonderen, is de grootste troef. Ideale locatie voor sterrenliefhebbers. Zeker een aanrader voor wie houdt van natuur en rust.

Extraordinaire

Une maison : à l'image de son propriétaire : généreuse, accueillante, bienveillante, chaleuseuse... avec d'énormes qualités dont le calme, le confort, la qualité des équipements (à tt point de vue), sa situation, la vue. L'environnement est incroyable et apaisant, la piscine super, la maison hyper pratique et avec tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin, rien ne manque, ça va des couvertures supplémentaires aux produits d'entretien, des condiments aux sacs poubelles jusqu'aux capsules pour la machine à café ( je le précise car c'est très rare). Et Olivier, merci pour tout, je ne détaille pas mais j'espère sincèrement que nous aurons l'occasion de revenir. En résumé, allez y les yeux fermés, enfin pas complétement car il y a bcp à admirer et à découvrir dans ce coin de paradis. En prime, des gersois très accueillants et généreux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci à Olivier, aussi pour les étoiles et les planètes.

Excellent séjour au calme

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au calme et au milieu de la nature. La maison est bien équipée et bien entretenue. La piscine est très agréable. La vue est magnifique et permet d'observer les étoiles comme rarement. Le propriétaire est charmant et a tout fait pour que notre séjour se passe pour le mieux.
