Very nice luxury apartment in a small modern complex with 2 large swimming pools and a paddling pool.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with double bed, one of which is a master bedroom with private bathroom, bathtub and terrace access. A second family bathroom with shower is available. An additional large fold-down bed is available in the living / dining room, from which you can access the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, it also has a terrace. All rooms are air conditioned and heated. Free Wi-Fi is available as well as fiber TV.
A large terrace (rare in Portugal) with barbecue will allow you to make the most of the outdoors. Private underground parking is available.
The beaches of Galé, Salgados, Sao Rafael are only 2 minutes by car (less than 2km), as well as the Salgados golf course. The Zoomarine park and the Algarve Shopping center are 10 minutes away.
Supermarkets, various shops and many bars / restaurants within walking distance will delight you. Albufeira and Armaçao de Pera within 10km will entertain you.
Faro airport is 30 minutes away

Beautiful Villa

Roomy, clean, comfortable, quiet apartment, well stocked; the pool is great, parking indoors, private and safe. Love the whole area, beaches, restaurants, shopping. Perfect spot, we stayed five weeks! Going back for more!

Summer Holiday

This apartment complex including lovely gardens and two great sized swimming pools was fantastic. All utilities and bathrooms worked well and are of a high standard. The size of apartment was spot on for us, 2 adults and 14yr old. Great private outdoor space with a big dining table, bbq and space to sunbathe, surrounded by a wall lined with potted plants. Underground car parking space available. About a 7min drive to Guia beach which is beautiful. Walking or 3 min drive from Aldi. We loved it all and will want to return again in the future.

Die Lage der Ferienanlage ist wunderbar, man benötigt jedoch ein Mietauto um die schöne Algarve erkunden zu können, auch bis zum Strand benötigt man ein Auto. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und hatte eine schöne große Terrasse mit viel Sonnenschein am Nachmittag. Morgens konnte man gut im Schatten frühstücken. Jedoch ist das Inventar in die Jahre gekommen (insbesondere die Küche - Hängeschrank war leicht defekt etc und Ausstattung (Pfanne, Geschirr) und die Terrassenstühle waren nicht ganz so bequem), da wäre es wünschenswert etwas zu erneuern. Auch der Geruch in der Wohnung war sehr auffällig, was mit unterschiedlichen Duftstäbchen überdeckt wurde und dadurch nicht besser wurde.Ein Schlafzimmer lag zur Straßenseite, die stark befahren wird, zudem ist dort in einer Wand eine Wasseruhr installiert, die regelmäßige Geräusche von sich gab. Klimaanlage, Herr und Waschmaschine funktionieren einwandfrei, der Trockner leider nicht. Wir lieben die Algarve und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Auch der Ort ist sehr liebenswert.

Goed onderhouden, echt van alle gemakken voorzien, dichtbij strand.Schoon. Ook groot zonnescherm, naast aanwezigheid rolluiken. Beschrijving klopt volledig. Plezierige communicatie in Engels of Frans. Douche was met 75x75 cm wat krap met iemand van mijn postuur.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem fabelhaften Apartment genossen. Das Apartment bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Es bietet eine große Auswahl an Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse und der Gemeinschaftspool bringt die nötige Abkühlung an heißen Tagen. Außerdem gibt es ganz in der Nähe einen großen Aldi-Laden, in dem Sie alle Ihre Einkäufe erledigen können. Insgesamt können wir dieses Apartment wärmstens empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Eine tolle Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut und vollständig. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Toll fanden wir die große Terrasse mit schönen Möbeln. Ein Aldi Markt ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Meer sind es ca. 2.5 Kilometer. Ein Auto ist an der Algarve zu empfehlen. Die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Einzig die Größe des Pools stößt an ihre Grenzen wenn 2-3 Gruppen im Pool spielen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert möglich. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

We’ve just returned from a 3 week stay in this fab apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean , with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday. It had great outdoor spaces to relax and sunbathe. Communication with Florian the owner before and during our stay was excellent and his in laws who met us on arrival and during our stay were delightful, so welcoming and friendly despite the language barrier 😂 We will definitely return again and would highly recommend a stay there for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

Fantastic!

We spent 4 nights here and would highly recommend. The apartment was immaculate and within walking distance to shops, a few restaurants and the beach (around 2km away). It was easy to get around with Albufeira being max. 10mins away by Uber/taxi. We have 2 young children and the apartment was great for them with lots of open space and even a plate, cup, spoon for our baby. Communication was excellent. We will definitely return.

Arrived late at night Florians parents were waiting for us to show us around. The apartment was immaculate, plenty of seating at the front and back so you had the sun from morning till night. Communications with Florian was spot on. Only one little disappointment there were no linen change mid holiday, on that note there is a washer and very efficient tumble dryer. Bars Restaurants and Aldi all within a very short walk.would highly recommend, and we will definitely be returning.
