18 KM from Mont St Michel, independent furnished character house. She understands :
on the ground floor, a large living room (with convertible sofa, TV ...), a fitted open kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge, oven, hob, microwave ...) a bathroom with linen and WC.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a 140 bed, the other a 110 bed and a 90 bed and WC on the landing.
It is heated with electric inertia radiators.
Attached to the house is a garage with garden furniture, parasol, lounge chairs, barbecue.
Outside, there is a terrace opening onto a garden.
The house is in a quiet hamlet, it is 25 km from Cherrueix where you can practice fishing and sand yachting, 25 km from Avranches. Of course you can do in a getaway to Cancale, Saint Malo or Granville.
