Studio at the water's edge

Studio 20 sqm, fully renovated, 2nd floor with elevator, in a small secure residence in 1st line. You have access to the beach and the marina which are nearby. The entrance to the studio includes: a space occupied by a sofa bed for 2 people (bedding very comfortable) that can remain unfolded. The bathroom includes: a basin on furniture, a shower and a toilet. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a 2 - burner hob, a washing machine, a sufficiently large fridge with a freezer compartment.
Side lounge, a BZ 2 people (comfortable bedding), a flat screen TV. The balcony of 6 m² is equipped with a garden furniture (glass table with 4 chairs)
The Eho shuttle runs past the residence for all trips in Arcachon.
The station and the center of Arcachon are at a distance of 10 minutes on foot. All shops are nearby (50 m). No private parking space but parking without much difficulty. The bike paths pass in front of the residence: you have a locked bicycle room.
Small pets well educated are accepted. Linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) can be provided for a fee of € 20 per person. Household deposit check 50 €.
Minimum stay in summer period: 7 nights.
