Perfect for couples or small families, this cozy retreat sleeps four and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy simple meals with the provided cooking essentials, unwind with movies and board games, or relax in the bedroom with a Smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows.

The drive-thru carport makes bringing your boat or trailer hassle-free and even includes an RV plug for added flexibility. Whether you're spending your days on the water or enjoying quiet evenings at the cottage, Simply Sailing is the perfect home base for your lake escape. One small family pet is welcome with a $75 non-refundable fee.

Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Self Check-In With Lock Box Place all dirty linens and towels on the floor in front of the washer and dryer Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher
Only one (1) family pet allowed per stay with acceptable $100 pet deposit. Additional $100 fine will be billed if a pet is not disclosed.
No smoking in the cottage or on the decks. A $200 fine will be implemented if anyone smokes in the home or on the deck.
