Garde-manger entièrement équipé si vous souhaitez dîner au petit-déjeuner, au déjeuner ou au dîner. Cette villa dispose d'un espace de divertissement spectaculaire qui s'ouvre sur une terrasse en bord de mer et est entouré de vues sur l'océan. Ce logement comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée et une salle à manger. La chambre équipée d'un lit King a sa propre salle de bain privée. Un canapé-lit est dans le salon. We have stayed in this complex multiple times. Love the location. Beach and pool are quiet. Restaurants and shops are nearby. We love Amelia!

Better view than in the pictures! Very clean and comfortable. Only problem was bed creaking every time you got in and out of it.

Great little apartment. Very clean and well appointed. Only criticisms are that the bedroom, balcony and living room could use some ceiling fans. Also, beach access is a little difficult, especially when you’re carting chair, bag and umbrella. Overall I give it 4 stars! Would definitely rent again.

Relaxing & Enjoyable Vacation!

We had a wonderful time the Surf and Racquet Club, Amelia Island. Our place had everything you need, including beach towels, chairs and umbrella. We will be back!

Convenient Location!

This property is beachfront and conveniently located steps to the Ritz Carlton and the bike path access as well as restaurants and grocery store. We have been vacationing in Amélia Island for the last 20 years and we wanted to be nearby our favorite activities (Beach, biking, Ritz Carlton). We enjoyed sitting on the covered balcony for meals and to admire the beach views! I would recommend this property for a couple. Could have used a little more counter top in the bathroom and more comfortable beach chairs. Thank you for hosting us!

Spring Getaway

Outstanding Views in this condo establishment.Well equipment with washer & dryer for our longer stay. Easy parking on property. Easy access to beach. Bike paths right out front door. Clean beach. We are grateful for a wonderful experience.

Wonderful condo with a spectacular view

We have stayed in other units at Amelia Surf and Racquet but this was our favorite. The unit was comfortable and well equipped for cooking and going to the beach.

Perfect Getaway

Spent 3 nights here in 132. Great view of the ocean, especially from the porch. Very clean with all the comforts of home. Negatives: I couldn’t find FOX news and the condo could use a ceiling fam the the bedroom. We can definitely recommend staying here.
