Entire chalet of 50m², sleeps 4.
Located in a typical town in the Alps, Faverges, between Annecy and Albertville, between lake and mountains: change of scenery guaranteed.
Private access, electric gate with remote control, chalet located on the wooded grounds of the owners, private parking with a carport.
Owners present 24 hours a day, keys given by the host who can also provide you with any information concerning your visits and excursions.
On the ground floor a large living room will welcome you with equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and upstairs a mezzanine with 2 single beds.
Sheets and towels are provided, drying racks are provided for your ski equipment.

Our host was so friendly and helpful. The property was beautifully constructed inside and out and felt very safe. It was Christmas time and the host decorated the chalet for us. Well stocked with tea and kitchen amenities. The views were incredible. We were close to hiking paths.I recommend this host and property.

Perfect little chalet

This was a great place to stay to explore the lake and the region around Annecy. The chalet was charming and had everything we needed. Gilles was super friendly. We were sad to leave!

Nice and pleasant stay

We enjoyed the garden. The kitchen was fully equipped. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. Just one remark: the supply of warm water could be better (more in case of 2 people taking a shower after one another). We would certainly recommend this for a stay in the Anne y area!

Small, but packs a lot in! Kitchen area well equipped, although dry storage area limited. Outdoor area well equipped and secluded. A couple more mugs (only 2 provided) would be preferable.

Die Unterkunft ist ein gemütliches Holzhaus, umgeben mit Bäumen, Bambus und Wiese. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute. Die Region eignet sich gut zum Wandern. Die Busverbindung nach Albertville und Annecy ist perfekt.

Très agréable séjour en chaley

L'endroit est magnifique à proximité d'Annecy et d'Albertville. Accueil très chaleureux et le chalet est très confortable, aménagé avec bcp de goût. Rien ne manque pour passer de très bon moments. Nos hôtes ont bcp investi dans ce chalet cela se voit et cela se ressent.Vue sur la montagne au réveil.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au chalet qui est tout confort et qui offre une vue superbe le matin comme le soir ! Gilles et Maryse sont très aimables et donnent de bons conseils sur les activités du coin. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement en couple ou en famille !

Chalet impeccable, propriétaires sympathiques

Comme cela a déjà été dit par les autres locataires tout était parfait, le chalet, l'accueil, la propreté, l'amabilité des propriétaires et leur discrétion. Un petit bémol : la vue attendue était compromise par un foisonnement d'arbres et d'arbrisseaux devant le chalet qui empêchaient le soleil de passer. Les balades autour du chalet ne sont pas fort attrayantes , la voiture est absolument nécessaire pour découvrir des sites attractifs

Les arbustes autour du chalet sont taillés régulièrement;le parc ombragé est bien apprécié en temps de canicule comme actuellement.Les sentiers de randonnée au départ du chalet sont réservés ,certes ,aux bons marcheurs!
