Stay in the Pays de Savoie - Le Banc Fleury - Lake Annecy and mountain areas

This fully renovated and furnished home, with its bluish-gray shutters, is part of a historic Savoyard farmhouse. It is located at the southern end of the lake, in the town of Faverges-Seythenex. You’ll have access to a balcony and a small, enclosed garden, facing west so you can enjoy the evening sun. You’ll enter the apartment through a separate entrance and staircase.
The beach at the far end of the lake is a 10-minute drive away, a 1-hour walk along a small wooded path, or a 15-minute bike ride. For cycling enthusiasts, the bike path runs right past the house, and you can secure your bikes in a locked area in the garden.
This is your chance to explore the Savoie region while staying in a village that is both peaceful and close to numerous attractions, outdoor activities, and shops.

Amenities:

Iron and ironing board, internet access via Orange, geothermal heating, private outdoor parking for residents, antenna TV.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and mini-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, raclette machine, and washing machine.

Bedding and bath towels are included in the rental price, and the beds will be made upon your arrival based on the number of registered guests.

Not included in the service:
Bath towels are provided upon request for an additional fee of 5 € per person.
The end-of-stay cleaning fee is 60 €, or you may clean the property yourself at your convenience.

We can provide you, free of charge, with a travel crib and a high chair. Bedding for this cot is optional.
