Our beautifully furnished apartment is located just 300m from the beach and offers a spacious air-conditioned Master Suite, fully equipped kitchen, and stunning terrace overlooking a private garden. We provide internet and a parking area, while a convenient supermarket is just 100m. Car rental contact or transfer available upon request. Cleaning is provided before and after your stay. For all our guests, we provide a starter kit that includes two rolls of toilet paper, two trash bags, and hand sanitizer.

LONG-TERM RENTAL
If you rent the apartment long-term, we ask that you return it in the same condition as we gave it to you. This includes replacing the gas bottle, cleaning the apartment, and replacing anything that was used or consumed. If something is broken, it must be replaced identically, or the cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Please note that we do not provide hotel services.

AMENITIES NEARBY
There is a convenience store just 100m from the apartment where you can buy anything you need. If you are a Nespresso user, the Nespresso store is located in the nearby Ruisseau Creole shopping center, which opens at 10 am.

WIFI
We offer speeds up to 75 Mbps, which is significantly higher than the average speed in Mauritius, which is typically 10 Mbps or less.

GOOD TO KNOW
If you are visiting Mauritius for the first time, we recommend a budget of around 1,000 Rs per day for two people at mid-range restaurants, and around 500 Rs for local dishes. For a month’s worth of groceries, plan for around 7,000 Rs without dining out. The convenience store near us offers affordable prices, so if you are careful, you can spend only 3,000 Rs on food.

The washing machine is outside at the end of the small dead-end road at your right. Go under the terrace, pass the stairs, and walk to the end of the corridor where you will find the laundry room.

Cancellation

No modification or cancellation of the reservation will be allowed once the withdrawal period has expired. The amount paid for the first month of the stay or the full amount in the case of a short-term reservation will not be refunded, even partially. Additionally, if you wish to extend your reservation, you will need to make a new reservation for the extended days.
