DESCRIPTION OF THE HABITAT:

This house / loft of 75 m2 any comfort, facade 17th, approved by the Buildings of France, was completely modernized and arranged in 2015, located in a very calm district with 100 m of the main boulevard of the city.

It has a garage, which is very popular in Cahors ... because parking spaces are rare and expensive!

This house / loft is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate up to 4 additional people.

On the ground floor :

 An entrance to the garage with space for 2 cars. Laundry area with washing machine and drying rack, freezer and storage.

(You can also access the garage from the inside at the main entrance).

A main entrance with spacious staircase to access the floor.

Upstairs :

A fully equipped kitchen of nine with fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave. American kitchen open on a living room- dining area furnished design.

A bedroom, lit by a discreet skylight, has a double bed, a closet / wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

A large bathroom, with vanity, closet, and Italian shower.

An independent toilet.

A beautiful architectural staircase provides access to the heated mezzanine is equipped with a convertible sofa and desk with a very comfortable bed (2persons), small storage furniture.

Very bright loft lit by 3 large windows and 2 velux windows with electric shutters.

Free Internet, television, air conditioning.

Can accommodate up to 4 people.

No smoking.

Animals are not allowed.

The cast iron metal staircase (which accesses the mezzanine) of very good quality is not safe for young children.

This house is located in the historic heart of the city and in a very quiet area, 100m from the Boulevard Gambetta and Cahors Plage, close to all shops and restaurants, not to mention the market (one of the most beautiful of the Lot ) which stands near the cathedral on Wednesday and Saturday mornings.

 2 beautiful Casino Superbette, one near the house, the other on the boulevard. Very practical, you find everything you need.

You can do everything on foot, even visits, and leave your car in the garage safely.

Many buses are at your disposal.

Stylish apartment ideally placed for exploring Cahors and the Lot valley

We were warmly welcomed by Gisele, who, along with Robert, has made a wonderful job of converting this 400 year old building into a suave city pad. If you are looking for the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful Lot valley, then Cahors is ideally situated, and this apartment, within the centre of the historic quarter of the city, would be hard to beat in terms of style, comfort and all round quality. We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation.

Location parfaite en centre ville.

Enchantés par cette location dans une magnifique région ,nous avons trouvé un logement très confortable et très propre dans une rue calme, proche du centre ville et avec un atout essentiel ,un garage privé.Une décoration moderne faite avec beaucoup de gout et avec un confort total.Un cadeau de bienvenue très apprécié.Mme et Mr Mauries sont très chaleureux serviables et discrets.

Un grand merci à eux.Nous recommandons fortement ce logement,et nous y reviendrons surement .

Appartement très confortable et moderne

Superbe appartement tout confort, très agréable à vivre, fonctionnel, lumineux, déco moderne et de bon goût, tout est pensé pour faciliter le séjour. La literie est très bonne et la cerise sur le gâteau il y a un très grand garage, ce qui est vraiment un plus, car il est difficile de se garer dans les petites rues de la vieille ville. En ce qui concerne l’accueil, nous avons été accueillis les bras ouverts, comme si nous étions de la famille ou des amis. Les propriétaires sont des gens vraiment charmants, qui méritent d’être connus. Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement très bien placé, à côté de toutes les commodités.

Tout était parfait. Location à recommander sans soucis

Tres bon accueil des propriétaires. Un petit cadeau de bienvenue qui nous a fait plaisir, un appartement très sympa, très propre, bien agencé et bien situé pour visiter cahors à pied avec garage qui nous a été d un grand secours pour garer la voiture avec une température extérieure de 34*. Clim aussi appreciable. Excellent
