About this property

A charming and warm studio (but quite cool during the summer), built according to the style of the region and decorated with furniture of the past, on the ground floor of a family house. The studio overlooks the flowered courtyard that is shared with the owners living on the 1st floor of the building. The studio is part of a living room - dining room with two sofas and a sofa bed and a small corner which serves as a kitchen with all that is necessary to prepare the meal. On the ground floor there is also a small bathroom. To sleep, one climbs a wooden staircase to a small interior floor where there is a bed for one person and another for two. The studio is heated by central heating and fireplace. In the courtyard there is a wooden stove, a fountain and benches, chairs and tables to sit and enjoy under the shade the calm and freshness.
