Superbe, récemment rénové, appartement 1 chambre sur la MARINA

Superbe appartement avec vue sur le beau jardin de palmiers, un endroit très recherché, très paisible appartement sur la Marina, récemment rénové tout nouveau, comme à la maison loin de la maison.

Nous avons fourni l'appartement avec des meubles de qualité et un grand lit king size confortable avec un topper ajoutée pour un supplément de bonnes nuits de sommeil, comme nous le croyons un lit confortable est un must! Ce lit est amovible en 2 lits jumeaux donc ce 1 chambre peut accueillir 2 personnes simples aussi.

Nous avons un grand canapé-lit double qui donne sur le jardin de palmiers.

le soleil frappe le balcon du début d'après-midi afin que vous puissiez profiter d'un bon repas et un verre de vin portugais fabuleuse en profitant du soleil et de la vue.

Nous avons toutes les chaînes anglaises et WIFI GRATUIT

Il n'y a pas besoin d'une voiture ici car la plage est à seulement 10 minutes à pied à travers le port de plaisance, et la ville est également à 10 minutes à pied, il ya un grand doce supermarché Pingo 2 minutes à pied de l'appartement et il ya des pubs, un café et restaurants à seulement 2 minutes, ceux-ci ont de la bonne musique le soir et sert une cuisine excellente.

Il ya 4 restaurants à proximité de Plage de Meia tous à 10 minutes à pied donnant sur la mer et à un prix raisonnable,
il est Pizza Hut sur le port de plaisance et distributeur automatique de billets, un grand parking gratuit juste à l'extérieur à travers la route de l'appartement.
La station de bus se trouve juste en face de la promenade sur le pont, qui est d'environ 6 minutes à pied et la gare est à environ 4 minutes à pied.
il n'y a pas de collines à gravir qui est un atout important dans le soleil chaud!

We loved our stay! The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We absolutely loved the location, especially with the added amenities the Marina had to offer. Everything is within walking distance - grocery store, restaurants, stores, beaches, etc. Our communication with the host was excellent and Estela was very welcoming and answered any questions which we had. Highly recommend staying here!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was walking distance to marina and downtown restaurants and grocery store. The property manager met us for an easy check-in/ check-out process. The underground parking garage spot was convenient for our rental car. The balcony overlooked the marina and had a table and chairs the we used for breakfast and afternoon snacks. The apartment was clean and had a small kitchen (which we didn't really use as there were so many wonderful restaurants close by). We would definitely consider staying here again.

Great property and location. Did not take an Uber or any other transportation for the whole 2 week period necause we could walk to the old town and the 5 beaches nearby. Their listing did not say how great the included pool access was at the resort next door. They should promote that more. The property management team was amazing. They provided excellent advice immediately when asked. Boat tours, food and wine were fantastic. You cannot go wrong renting this place! Steve and Liz

Perfect Location

We loved the apartment itself and the location of it. Easy walk to many restaurants and a beautiful grocery store. The property manager could not have been nicer and more helpful. The building seems very quiet and safe. We spent a lot of time out on the balcony enjoying the weather. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Already making a plan to return.

Lovely Terrace

Very clean and spacious apartment in a good location in the Marina. Easy walk to grocery store and Lagos old town. Large balcony overlooking a green space/marina, and it was covered in case it rained. Underground parking was a nice bonus and so was the elevator. Very enjoyable stay in Lagos!

Location, Location, Location

This apartment was perfect for my wife and I. It was exactly as advertised. Location was ideal for walking to the Old Town, the Marina, the Beach and Pingo Doce. The south facing patio overlooking the green space was a highlight. My wife enjoyed the bathtub and the shower was great. Karel and Estela were very accommodating hosts. Hope to return.

Absolutely Fabolous!

The location could not have been better. We could easily walk to the beach, old town, the grocery store, and tons of restaurants. The marina is right there! The pool area is lovely and our view from the balcony was wonderful. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed. We did not want to rent a car, and the location was perfect for getting around without one. The regional train was easy to use to go to nearby towns, the bus station is close by and bolt/uber was easy to use. Our hosts, Estela and Karel, met us for check-in which was really helpful and were always quick to respond to questions regarding directions and suggestions.Exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay again.

Great stay

Apartment was comfortable and easy access to bus/train station, marina, old town, beaches, restaurants and grocery store (no car so I walked everywhere). The pool was a bonus. Michaela was quick to respond if any questions as were Karel/Estela the managers of the unit. They were flexible and also responded in a very prompt manner and made check in easy and convenient.

Lagos Marina Apartment

It was the first time we had stayed in this lovely immaculate apartment but hopefully we will be back to return in the future. Its location in Lagos Marina was excellent. With the added advantage of having passes to the nearby hotel pool and sun beds. Also the television had all of the English channels which kept us updated with news. Estela was very helpful and flexible with our meeting time as we arrived via train from Faro. Can highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. Superbly equipped and very comfortable.

The apartment is very well located with easy access to the marina and beaches and the local supermarket. We heard no noise whatsoever whilst there, although we were there during the quieter periods. The apartment is beautiful and very well maintained with everything you need. The bed is so comfortable!!! Access to the swimming pool is easy and it is a large pool and not very crowded when we were there!! The balcony gets the sun almost all day and having breakfast looking out over the garden is a real pleasure. Customer service was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

Looked good but very uncomfortable.

We lived on the marina for 5 years so knew the location was perfect for us. I am disabled and now a wheelchair user. Whilst the furniture looked considerably better than what you usually get in a rental, it was very deceiving, extremely hard and uncomfortable inside and out. The plastic dining table dips badly in the middle making it unsuitable for your hot drinks. It was very dusty on top of the headboard and a bit dusty throughout the apartment. I thought the saving grace was the bed which seems to be a double memory foam type mattress across two single joined bases. It would've been OK if it were not for the 2' long deep delve in the middle. It did make us laugh when we kept rolling together then struggled to get out of the hole. It just needs some thought given to improving customer comfort and value for money. The owner was really lovely and helpful and gave us access to the underground parking which gave me access to the apartment with my wheelchair. The property manager Betty, however, was less than welcoming. We were told on booking that we wouldn't be able to get in till 4pm, so on arrival at 1pm we went for lunch and knowing the place well, were happy to chill out. Betty called to say she was expecting us much earlier and that we had "messed up her schedule". We therefore left our lunch and rushed to meet her. She was brusque and very unwelcoming. We'd been up since 4am and felt awful.

Dear Lesley, I am really shocked by your comments, Thanks for pointing them out, Nobody else has complained about the bed or furniture, infact the sofa is only a few months old, and people have said the bed is very comfortable as the twin beds make in into a king size with a topper, We have returning clients all the time that just love the apartment, and furnishings, so i suppose we all have different tastes, We are going to address your several comments with management, and hopefully improve customer experience with future clients.

Tres Bel emplacement sur la Marina de lagos

Tres bon emplacement pour cet appartement sur la marina de Lagos.Calme et reposant avec cette vue sur les palmiers a 2 pas de la marina et de la piscine.Tres bon accueil et echanges avec la propriétaire et Estella et son epoux pour la remise des cles.

Bon emplacement

L’ appartement est traversant, la cuisine et la chambre donnent sur l’avenue qui est très passante jusque tard dans la nuit. Le salon est au calme et donne sur la marina. La terrasse est agréable, ensoleillée l’après midi. La photo représentant un canapé blanc n’est pas d’actualité, le canapé est rouge.nous sommes restés 11 nuits mais une semaine aurait été suffisante. Le bruit la nuit dans la chambre est un vrais problème et le lit est de mauvaise qualité. Le service de ménage doit faire des efforts.

Thanks for your comments, just to note that all the Marina apartments have the kitchen and bedrooms on the same side of the building and there is a photo showing the full red sofa on the advert, the white sofa of which you can only see an arm is from an older photo showing the rest of the room and NOT the full white sofa as it was badly stained with sun creams so we bought a new one. And I will pass on the cleaning comment to our management for their notice.
